Amit is an excellent and responsive host who wants to ensure his guests are comfortable and their needs are met. We had a little difficulty finding the place - mostly because we were tired after a long day of travel- but friendly Amit guided us by phone. The apartment was well cleaned for us, the kitchen needs work - was well cleaned but also well used so could do with a fleshing up. Fridge was spotless. The area suited our needs very well, definitely more local than touristic but easy ride into sites etc. when we wanted. Friendly and helpful neighbours, a great stay!

A wonderful place if u want to stay away from hotels and need a house feel then go for this. We felt like our own home and the area is very spacious. They have a kitchen to cook basics which was so helpful as we couldn't get good coffee over there. Clean neat. Present in residential area and give u a peace. Clear instructions. very nice and happy place to stay. budget friendly if ur looking for a family stay.

Giving a Beautiful ambience, the place is perfect for a party as well as a stay. Crazy space and it does more than justice to the photos and videos. The Host, Aastha is proactive and very particular about her guests having a good stay...Overall a wonderful experience!

We had a great time at Sukoon! It's located in a quiet area where you can hear only birds in the morning. It's isolated yet well serviced by delivery apps. Shweta was very proactive in reaching out and the caretaker Tiwari ji was helpful and always available at the property. We were there with our baby and parents and all enjoyed the property - the garden area, the swimming pool, the pool table and the common area. We were surprised by the facilities for our baby - the baby cycle and the high chair. Thanks for a comfortable worry-free trip, would highly recommend!

Very peaceful and secure location. Friendly host. The apartment is small and cosy with the kitchenette, bedroom and sitting area all part of the same space. Tiny work desk was helpful. The kitchen had every little thing we needed from cooking oil to basic utensils. Ideal for 2 people. The host gave long detailed instructions and was responsive whenever we needed something. They also took our feedback and told us they will incorporate it. Getting to the room was not very intuitive, you have to climb 3 floors, enter the terrace area, walk to the opposite end where you will find a narrow fleet of stairs that lead to a lower patio, next to which the door to the room can be found. For first time it may seem far, but the exclusive privacy of the place is worth it!

Gagan's Property is in a very nice locality with plenty of shops, restaurants and food joints around. The nearest metro station is Tagore Garden and the property can be reached by 15mins of walk. The house is well secured with proper security measures in place and is accessible through security system. The parking space offered is sufficient for 1 car and 4-5 scooters. The house is well furnished, with adequate quantity of sofa seater sets and convertible seater. TVs and AC's are provided in both rooms and hall. A fully functional kitchen with Microwave, Airfryer, Water purifier, stove and all utensils. Washing machine and hair dryer is also there. The house interior design is also very appealing. The host, Mr. Gagan was very warm & friendly to us and the check in process was very easy and smooth. He provided us all the necessary items and also responded promptly to us whenever we needed something. I would definitely recommend this property.

i saty for 2 day and the Host was very good and alway responsive and the place is excellent. the bnb is on the top floor of the buling and it gives you very cool feeling it look likes a roof top resturant. it had all amineties shows in photo. i love the saty...

The place look exactly like the pictures, if not better. Definitely more spacious than the pictures. It’s also super easy to locate. Also, the service provided by Ajesh, the housekeeper was fab - he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We couldn’t get the door open the first night we were there because of an issue with the key and had to disturb him around 12:00 AM so we could get help with it and he was so sweet and super helpful - assisted us instantly, sensed we felt bad about bothering him and reassured us that it was not an issue. Would definitely return for the beautiful house, location and the service!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Sadharan Homestay in Delhi. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The place is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, perfect for travelers looking for a peaceful and authentic stay in the city. What truly sets this homestay apart is the host, Kunal. He is incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Helped us with airport drop off transportation as well. Kunal went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His hospitality made a big difference and made me feel more like a guest in someone's home rather than a visitor at a hotel. Not forgetting the caretakers, always ready to help with smiling face.. The location is also convenient, close to public transport and the auto stand. It's a safe, quiet neighborhood, which was a big plus. I would choose this place again if I had an opportunity to visit Delhi again. Highly recommended..
