Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rogoznica

Our stay was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment was extremely clean, light and spacious. Lovely pool with sun all day. The beach and and shop are both less than 4 minute walk away. The old town is 20-30mins taxi so it depends what you want from your trip. We enjoyed being able to chill in the day and then visit the old town a couple of times during our 5 day stay. Ubers are very cheap in Croatia so we weren’t too worried about the distance. Thank you for a very easy and relaxing stay!

Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

Everything was perfect, even more than i need. Marina is an amazing host, no need to try to figure anything out, because Marina already thought about it even before. So through out the whole month everything was good, and there was no stress.

The accommodation is beautiful, even more beautiful in real life. The upstairs terrace with hot tub and views are amazing Everything is spotless, the accommodation is clean, the linen smells good, it has everything you need. Nearby are supermarkets and the main axis to get around. Marijana was a particularly thoughtful and responsive host, we thank her. Don't hesitate!

Apartment is well located near to the city centre (2 min walks) and beach Plava (6 min walks). Our apartment was on the first floor (bedroom, living room together with kitchen, bathroom (no problem with water pressure) and balcony). Apartment was clean, kitchen was equipped with basic cooking accessories (enough for us, for dinners we went to restaurants), bedsheets, towels (changed 1 per week), A/C, steam iron, two TVs, wi-fi, parking outside, etc. Groceries, restaurants, cafés are near to the apartment. The street was very quiet and calm. If you consider visiting Plava beach, I definitely recommend this apartment. The second beach (near to Olympia Sky) is about 15 min walks.

The apartment met our requirements exactly: clean accommodation, no unnecessary frills, centrally located so that we could easily reach all hotspots. 5 stars !!!! Thank you!!

Perfect place to spend the last few nights relaxing, but still close to the old town (15 min walk)

I drove at Zorica's villa with 5 friends and honestly, we were a bit afraid of being disappointed before, but when we arrived we realized that the opposite was the case! Everything was clean - easy and very friendly contact, even a gift (!) and a lot of space outside to sit together as a group + the pool! It's a little outside, but it was just right for us. If you want, you can be in the city in a maximum of half an hour (either train, bus and Uber at night). Supermarkets are also within walking distance and the view is simply magnificent. I can only recommend the place:)

We had an incredible stay at Niko’s property. Everything was brilliant, from the communication to the recommendations and more. The real standout is the private roof terrace with hot tub overlooking the sea and nearby island of brac.

Absolutely stunning. The love put into the Green Dream can be felt both inside and outside. Simply fantastic garden, stunning decor inside. Great for all ages. Easy access to restaurants and Split. We hope to be back. Thanks so much to Ana for letting us open the season and feeding us an amazing traditional dinner.

Just loved staying at Dijana’s place. The courtyard is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out, had a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the area as well - very walkable to the historic areas of Split. We want to stay a month or longer! Dijana is a very responsive host as well. We definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Split!

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split. The location is super convenient, being close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. It's just a 20-minute Bolt or Uber ride from the bustling Old Town, which allowed us to easily explore the historic center and then retreat to the peace and quiet of the house afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was fantastic—exactly as described, with all the amenities you could want. It was the perfect base for our trip!

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We had a great stay. The apartment is as described! In addition it is in a very good location and easy to access to go to the city center. The parking space is very much appreciated because it must not be easy to park if you don't have it. Thanks to the host for their responsiveness! We had a pleasant time in their accommodation!
