House vacation rentals in Rogoznica

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Wonderful house to enjoy your holiday. The house is almost new and equipped with all the comforts. Ivan was easily accessible and came up with good tips for restaurants. We expected the pool a little bigger, but was equally fine. A few meters away is the beach. There you can pick up delicious pizzas. Rogoznica is very nice. Boat rented and a few times delicious food. The Croats are really super nice. All speak good English. We felt very welcome

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

The vacation home is fantastic. the location, the Ppol, and very quiet. It is perfectly equipped and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - and more. The hosts are very friendly, we felt welcome right away. Despite a late arrival due to flight delay, we were warmly welcomed personally. The neighbors, the parents of the landlords are also very dear people! From the house you can take nice walks. 100% recommendation and thank you for a wonderful holiday!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

Sara was very responsive and helpful, the road access was a slight issue but this is something that cannot be helped. Sara sent a video of the roads which was extremely helpful. The house was tidy and clean and had all utensils needed, even some sharp knives! The added bonus was the heated pool which meant a few evening swims with beautiful views. The area was peaceful and quiet and I would 100% stay here again.

This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

We felt completely comfortable! We were particularly enthusiastic about the cozy outdoor area, the outdoor kitchen and the lovingly designed children's area. We were so warmly welcomed, enjoyed the delicious food from Ana's parents and were even allowed to taste the first vegetables from our own garden. Simply a beautiful place to relax and a good starting point for excursions in the area! We will definitely be back!

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

The place was absolutely great. Our host had an unfortunate family loss the day we were checking in and still made sure we were well taken care of. She was in contact with us constantly to make sure all our needs were satisfied. It was a wonderful stay in a beautifully appointed apartment. Lots of steps inside, but all worth it. The patio was amazing.

Marina Beach 5mn drive away Shops (convenience store and bakery) 2mn walk Marina port and restaurants within walking distance. Split 45mn by car, departure from activities: rafting, boat trip.... We enjoyed the greenery, the large terrace, the calm.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Highly recommend this beautiful spot! Visiting Off-season the whole surrounding was very peaceful and only a few other people were in the whole bay. The garden is amazing and the house had everything we needed. Just the bedrooms felt a bit moist/humid during the night. Maybe because it was already end of September and so close to the sea. But exept from that everything war just perfect! Thank you!!!

Such a great air bnb. They put a lot of thought into the amenities, furniture and set up. The patio is gorgeous. The view is amazing and the beds comfy, these hosts are incredible, they left us a bottle of champagne after a long journey to get there and helped with our bags. Can’t beat the location!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was very comfortable, with beautiful views and a great atmosphere, just perfect for us. Everything went extremely smoothly, thanks to the lovely hosts. We also really enjoyed Vinisce. We weren’t sure what to expect in May and wondered if it might be too quiet, but it turned out to be the perfect place for a relaxing holiday for our family of four. We took several trips to explore surrounding areas, but always looked forward to returning "home." Highly recommended!

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The location is very central, but still private and with a quiet atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing retreat! The house is modern, well equipped and lovingly furnished. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful! I was particularly impressed by the outdoor area, which invited us to sit together in the evening. The short distance to the many great restaurants in Rogoznica is also wonderful! The beach is also only a 10-minute walk away. Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful spring time in the beautiful apartment of Kresimir. The location is just perfect: a quiet sweet bay, view of the sea and direct access, beautiful walks right by the sea, a very well-designed and equipped apartment with many loving details. We were completely satisfied and happy. Kresimir is very likeable and accommodating, always available and gave us some delicious treats ;) We hope to come back and can highly recommend it if you like it quiet and idyllic.

Our stay at Vicko's place was lovely. From check-in to the place, which was very tastefully decorated and super clean and cozy, to hassle-free check-out and good communication with Vicko, everything was great. We will be happy to come back!

This villa is stunning. Quiet and calm neighbourhood. The hosts were available 24/7 via txt. The pool was super refreshing and we had sun from 9am to 8pm. The view is better than the pictures. We had 6 adults in the house and did not feel crowded at all - thanks to the 3 full bathrooms. I recommend a rental car because the villa is high up on a mountain. We drove around to Split quite a lot to do shopping and golf. We also hiked to the Fortica on the mountain. Omis has great restaurants. I would stay here again! Thank you.

Maria is a very nice, warm-hearted hostess. For example, after it got cool, she brought us a small heater. The apartment is sparkling clean and lovingly furnished. In terms of size, it is suitable for 2 people; for 4 it would be too cramped. It is located directly on the sea with a fantastic sunset view. Sun only shines on the balcony in September in the late afternoon. It may be a little noisy, but we had very quiet neighbors. Shops, fine restaurants, beautiful walking paths, cycling routes all in close proximity. Parking spot outside the house. We will be happy to come back.

This accommodation is located in a quieter part of town, close to a pleasant beach that, during our stay (early September), was mostly visited by retirees and families with children. The host is very helpful and accommodating, able to arrange anything, even though he was not on-site (a few minor repairs reported upon arrival were fixed the same day while we were at the beach Be aware, that disposition of the accommodation can be briefly described as three hotel rooms with a kitchenette—there is practically no place to eat inside the house. The kitchen is small and dark, and the covered part of terrace is dark and can be problematic due to mosquitoes. There is no common room to sit in or play with children if you can't or don't want to stay on the terrace (which is spacious and, putting asside mosquitoes and lack of daylight in its part behind house, pleasant). The house is impeccably clean, insect-free, and the upper rooms and bathroom are very cozy.
