Beautiful home with beautiful views. Very comfortable. Each bedroom had individual AC. Multiple washers and dryers and even laundry detergent. Great pool. Very private

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

Marijana was an amazing host, she responded to every query so quickly. She was so helpful recommending places for us to go, taxi companies, supermarkets, just everything. The villa was incredible, very clean, & comfortable. Lots of appliances, fridge space, boards for dining. She has just thought of it all. We came as a group of 8 girls & villa is more than great value for money! We will definitely be returning! Thank you ☺️

Staying at Katarina's Airbnb was an unforgettable experience! She is an amazing, sweet, and welcoming host who truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The house itself is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. The views are breathtaking, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The area is incredibly private and quiet making it the perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace and relaxation. A few things to note, be prepared to drive, as you'll need a car to navigate the narrow streets uphill leading to the property. At first, the drive can seem daunting, but soon it becomes part of the adventure. The house is powered by solar panels, so there is no air conditioning, which we knew ahead of time. Although it occasionally got quite hot, we really appreciated the eco-friendly approach and adapted to it. Overall, it was a magical stay, and we are already looking forward to our next visit ❤️🌊🫒✨

A beautiful house in a idyllic quiet location. Lots of space and the use of the jetty made it extra special. Great hosts who proactively went to help and answer any questions posed.

This house is astonishing! It is very luxurious, with a TV/Cinema room, a playroom, a jacuzzi and sauna, a gym, a heated outdoor pool, a large outdoor dining are (with a TV!), and a basketball court. There is a TV in each room and, moreover, each room has a bathroom. The pictures that you see on the website really do not tell the whole story. I have stayed in various Airbnb apartments/houses in several countries - this one tops it all! Finally, the hosts are very kind and helpful.

Hosts were extremely proactive and arranged airport drop off and pick up. Close to town, bakery and supermarkets. Quiet location and a fabulous view. Would highly recommend!

Anita and Domagoj are great hosts. We are a family of five adults. We arrived quite hungry and were served delicious sandwiches by the hosts. The place is clean and well equipped. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

We had a lovely time in Marijas Villa. Everything is as described in the Airbnb-Ad. Marija is very friendly and available at any time for questions and recommendations. She is one of the best host i have ever had. We were very thankful to have her.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Looks just like the photos. Ivan is so welcoming he was there to greet us when we arrived. He was extremely responsive and helpful and even called to check in on us to make sure we got out ok. Would absolutely recommend this place!

We rented the entire villa. There are internal stairs which link the ground floor, first floor and roof terrace and so while there is an additional upstairs living area, it has the feel of a single accommodation. The villa is beautifully finished and the two kitchens were the best equipped of any villa we have stayed in. All bedrooms have a double bed and there are three showers, a bath and two more wcs. There is a large outside area with two large tables and chairs and several loungers. The pool is not huge but is perfectly adequate and the rooftop hot tub is an added bonus. The villa is in a great location with spectacular views and within easy reach of nearby facilities. Rogoznica is a very pretty town with lots of good restaurants. There are several supermarkets within easy walking distance of the villa. There is a bus/coach stop about fifteen minutes walk from the villa which can be pre booked for trips to nearby towns including Split. Ante is a good host and quick to respond

House, terrace with pool and garden everything at the highest level. The house has everything you could want on vacation. The host is very helpful. The place is ideally located near the beach so you can relax in privacy and at the same time walk literally two minutes to the beach if you feel like it.

Ilija's place was exactly what my friends and I had been looking for. It was perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday for us after our final exams! We were quickly and kindly introduced to the villa by the hosts upon our arrival and also got a small welcome gift :D If you had any questions, they were directly available and were also able to quickly get to hand if there was a small problem or a certain wish came from us:) Overall, my friends and I had a very good stay there and would recommend the villa to anyone!

It was a beautiful place, exactly as described. Everything was very clean, the pool was amazing , the kids loved it. The area is very quiet, they are 2 stores close by and a few restaurants. Very nice and friendly people. Amazing vacation.

We can sum up Meri's villa up in just one word, the trouble is we can't decide whether that word is 'beautiful' or 'perfect' or 'paradise'. It lives up to all the photos with the most stunning view and perfect sunsets. Can't recommend enough.
