Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rogers Park, Chicago

The house was beautiful, clean, and most of all quiet! The area is absolutely beautiful and parking on the street was very easy. We felt safe walking around in the evening looking at all the mini estates. Town was close, easy to park, and a good variety of restraunt’s . The train to downtown Chicago was a short walk from the house making it very easy to use mass transit. If we walked the other direction we could sit on the beach and swim. We can’t wait to return.

Laura was a great host.. there was a small plumbing problem that was nobody’s fault… texted her immediately and she had a team there immediately to fix the problem! She kept in contact with us the whole time.. and the place was absolutely perfect… a plus the beds were soooo comfortable!

Marla and James' place was cozy and perfect for our family's stay! We were out and about a lot of the day in Chicago, and the Airbnb was a perfect, peaceful place to return to. There were lots of cozy touches, like ample board games available to play, some snacks and tea bags set out, and a lovely porch and sunny kitchen table and living room setup - so multiple areas to gather as a family and relax! There are also lots of nice cafes and restaurants and other small businesses within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to visit Chicago!

We had a great short stay. Place was spacious and clean, and the hosts were very helpful. We are familiar with the area having lived there a few years ago and love to visit so would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was a comfortable space for our family. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a good use of space with furnishings to store clothes. Matthew was easy to communicate with and friendly.

Mark’s place is clean, cozy and has all the amenities. It is close to many bus lines, a CTA station and a wholefoods. I was able to make simple meals while walking to other cool neighborhoods and commuting to downtown and to Evanston from there. There is some room for improvement for better soundproofing in the ceiling, but that didn’t bother me that much. Mark is also prompt in responding to messages and addressing concerns. 5 stars!

Kasey and her husband were awesome host!!They were kind & responsive! My friend and I come during a time in winter and Kasey was very quick to keep us warm! Although they do have a child it was very rare when we were disruptive by noise! Love the vibes of the Airbnb and the fact that I felt like home says something! I definitely recommend staying here. Such a co beautiful and peaceful area as well.

Craig was very responsive both before our booking and upon our arrival. The place was beautiful and spotless; it looked and felt like a hotel but was also very homey. We enjoyed the lovely place and the town and the convenience of getting to local areas and going to Chicago. The house came with nice supplies in the bathrooms and nice quality linens, kitchen cookware, etc. The ping pong table was a nice addition. Definitely will stay again.

This place was perfect for two of us! Everything about the description was accurate. It was very clean, super easy to access, and in a perfect spot-walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and even a few gyms we tried. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Neighborhood felt safe for late night walking to and from restaurants. Hosts were communicative without being over-the-top. Would book again in a heartbeat!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! It was super easy to find and the parking was a breeze, which made everything even more convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The space itself was such a cute, colorful little place—full of charm and personality. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very comfy apartment in a great neighborhood. We were in town for a baseball game and it’s a terrific place for that, just about a 20-minute walk to Wrigley Field. The only thing to be concerned about is the stairs: there are two flights to get into the apartment and they’re fairly steep and small, so if you have mobility issues that would be a concern. I don’t and had no problem. Karen is a lovely host and was very helpful when I was getting into the place and unloading my stuff from my car. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, so it’s a great place to explore and hang out.

Even more spacious than in the photos! Well-kept place, with a fully stocked kitchen, projector, BOSE speaker, and great backyard. Double shower in the master bedroom, and strong water pressure. Entry is easy with a code. Finally, the host is VERY accommodating, flexible, and responsive. Recommended!

I enjoyed my stay here which enabled me to be close enough to Northwestern’s campus as I worked on a writing project. Being minutes from downtown Wilmette was a plus—be sure to check out Saint Roger’s Abbey bakery for wonderful French pastries! The house was neat, tidy, and matched the description. I also appreciated the record collection!

We spent a fantastic week in Nora’s home and it felt very much like our home for the week. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and everything was exactly as described. We found parking easily each day and enjoyed how walkable the home was to local amenities. The drive to downtown was about 35 min, making it a convenient spot, and the chance to enjoy a real Chicago neighborhood experience. Highly recommend for other travelers, including those with families!

The renovated classic Chicago greystone is spectacular. This is an amazing update of an architectural gem. The space has all modern amenities but the character and charm are thoroughly maintained. The spaces are spotless. Rogers Park is a wonderful lakeside neighborhood and is a melting pot of ethnicities and cultures. There are great restaurants within walking distance as well as close by in Evanston, Andersonville, etc. The Metra and the El are an easy walk. Lillian was so accommodating and proactive. We loved this stay and will be back.

Fantastic place! The Andersonville neighborhood is friendly and gorgeous, lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance, and the L station is just a few minutes' walk away. The off-street parking to keep the car out of the way during our stay was an added bonus. One note for visitors: The Argyle station (the nearest L stop) is under construction. The entrance is now on Winona - which is even closer to the Airbnb.

Dan is an amazing host. Beautiful apartment. Amazing location. Unlike many AirBnb units, Dan makes sure the apartment is stocked with everything you need. Towels. Shampoo + Conditioner. Toilet paper. Paper towels. Pots and Pans. Everything. One example of being a first-class host: we wanted an easy way to boil water since my wife prefers to drink hot water. The unit didn't have a tea kettle, so Dan went out and bought one right away for us. Whenever we sent a message to Dan, we received a reply within minutes. The unit is a 5 minute walk to the train station. 5-10 minute walks to 2 fabulous grocery stores. 5 minute walk to Lincoln Square, featuring a great bookstore, the amazing Gene's Sausage Shop and Delicatessen, and more! One tip: Take the Brown Line train to the Rockwell Station. This is one stop past Western, but the walk is much more beautiful and enjoyable. Plus, there are no stairs at this stop, which makes it a breeze with luggage.

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

We love the place which is spacious, quiet and surrounded by the friendly neighborhood. Aldi, Target, Whole Foods are walkable distance. The layout of the house is easy for the guests from different families. Kitchen, living room, family room are popular for the gatherings. Kate is very responsible and helpful with any questions.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this condo, and as always, it didn’t disappoint! It’s close to great restaurants and lots of things to do. I absolutely love the shared outdoor space as well.
