Looking for a quiet break in the countryside. We are waiting for you to stay in our quiet peaceful haven in the countryside. Located 1.7 km from the village and about 14 km from La Flèche, 36 km from Le Mans. Our accommodation can accommodate 5 people. -1 large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. (possibility of putting a baby bed), in the living space a sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, refrigerator. - shower room, dry toilet.

Characterful house in the heart of a 45-hectare park

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Welcome to the farm! We welcome you to the spacious, comfortably equipped, fully renovated house, in the heart of the Loir Valley, in a quiet area. You will find many activities nearby (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.) La Flèche Zoo 20 minutes away, 25 minutes from the 24H circuit, 25 minutes from the 24H and Baugé golf courses, Château du Lude, Le Loir by bike, Lake Mansigné. Whether you come with your tribe, or with friends, you will feel right at home!

90 m² outbuilding adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45 m² living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: - Terra Cotta Room: Double bed (140 cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Our authentic house is ideal for a getaway with family or friends. The house, traditional and full of charm, is located in Sargé les le Mans, at the gate of Le Mans, you can enjoy a relaxing setting. Please note, our pool is closed from October to May. A 5-minute drive from Le Mans and 20 minutes by transport, you will be close to several walking paths for walks in the heart of nature. You can also enjoy all the activities the area has to offer.
