Super nice apartment, high-quality furnishings, everything you need is available. The apartment was booked for a colleague, Daniel was very helpful, check-in description was perfect. We will be happy to book the apartment again.

I recommend the apartment because it is very clean, bright and cozy. The internet connection allows video calls to be made. What I particularly loved was the super comfortable bed (soft and flexible) as well as the natural environment and traditional architecture. There was no noise.

Great apartment, the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet stay. Philippe was very friendly and took time to show us the house in detail. Everything was clean and the hot tub was a lovely extra. I would 100% recommend staying here!

We felt very comfortable with Michael, the house is very nice and spacious, we didn't miss anything, everything is as in the photos. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and garden. An unexpected extra plus was the two big standing horses that our 5 year old daughter was busy with all weekend! :-D There are also plenty of games, the ping pong table was another great surprise. We enjoyed the time very much and are already considering when we can come back!

We stayed at this great place with friends over New Year's Eve. A house with lots of charm that is well furnished and equipped. Perfect for long game nights or cooking together. The accommodation is great, bakers, supermarkets and the like are nearby and the city center can be reached by bus in about 20 minutes. The contact with the hostess was also flawless and hassle-free. Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom with shower upstairs and downstairs a very small toilet without a wax basin. With agreements, however, this also fits for 7 people. Only one power outlet in the upper bathroom would be desirable. Otherwise, everything was great!We had a really great time in Maastricht! Thank you so much ☺️

The accommodation is top notch. Everything clean, everything available, we didn't miss anything. Great little house, with a gorgeous view of the Mosel. Unfortunately, it was too cold in April to sit on the beautiful balcony. Check-in went smoothly and flexibly via a key box. The contact with Jessica was friendly. We used the convenient location and were traveling a lot by car, you are quickly in Koblenz and in Cochem. We definitely recommend this place 👍

We had a very nice stay, definitely recommended. The apartment is nice, clean, spacious and practical. The location is a good base for visiting the area such as Maastricht, Hasselt, Liège. We walked with the Alpaca very nice and at the same time informative about the place and the village.

Very nice and spacious accommodation in a nice quiet area. Even more spacious in person than in the photos. Everything is provided so you don't have to think about anything to have a nice and comfortable weekend. Garden with BBQ, lounge chairs and picnic bench is also definitely a great asset. We will definitely be back!

It is beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, good kitchen, and spacious and comfortable sitting area. The apartment is only a short walk from the centre of Maastricht with its restaurants and cafes, and an even shorter walk to the grocery stores. We had a great stay. Thanks!

We had a great time in Belgium with friends! The place was perfectly as advertised, clean, cozy and very well located for exploring the surroundings. We stayed there with our daughter (2 years) and can recommend it without reservation as accommodation for young families. For long walks you only have to walk 50m further and stand in the field. We also found the quiet area to be very pleasant. The possibility to use the wallbox for charging was also super convenient. Thank you & Regards ✌️

We loved this apartment, right on the Rhine River. The view is amazing and the apartment is large, clean and very well furnished. The bed we used was comfortable (there are two beds, one in each spacious bedroom). and there are metal shades that help a jet lagged person sleep. The surrounding areas are beautiful and walkable. Even though we had difficulty finding the apartment, we would highly recommend it to others who were new to the area and not driving, like us. We look forward to returning next year and love the city of Koblenz, especially for its walking options and the charm of the old city.

The place was just as pictured, we felt right at home :) The surroundings are great, the people in Lanaye are super friendly. Taking the bus to Maastricht is no problem at all, you just have to pay attention to when the bus comes, because it only comes every 80 min :( But you can also ride a bike to the city in 30 min. All in all, it was a great weekend and we would definitely come back :)
