Cozy basement apartment in Husum: The home consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen, two toilets and a bathroom, and is located in beautiful, quiet surroundings. One room has a double bed and a desk, while a larger living room has a dining table, two sofas with a table, and access to a bedroom with a double bed. There is Wi-Fi and underfloor heating. The price includes bedding and cleaning. There are shops and takeout in the area. By train, it's only about 30 minutes to the city center. From the airport, you take the metro and then the train. The train ride to inner Copenhagen takes 20 minutes. The train ride to the airport takes 40 minutes. Charger for electric car 25 meters from the house. Free parking at the house. There is an outdoor trampoline from April 21st and even autumn holidays.

This apartment is not a typical basement apartment, but a bright, newly renovated and cozy apartment with large windows, exposed beams and its own kitchen and bathroom. From the apartment, you can look out into the garden with a small garden pond and to the other side out to the courtyard with garden furniture, which you are welcome to use. The apartment consists of a bedroom of 18 m2 with 2 beds of 160 cm and 140 cm, a hallway, bathroom and kitchen with dining area. Dogs welcome. Close to the S-train.

The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Almost 300 m2 from 2021. It's just lovely and a beautiful house with a multi-purpose room in the basement where there's table tennis and an exercise area. It's our private house, which we only rent out occasionally. No guests without prior arrangement. There are three rooms, as well as a bed in the multipurpose room in the basement. Live close to the city in quiet surroundings. We live in a 2-family house on a residential street with friendly and helpful neighbors. It is quiet here, even though the big city is not far away. Approx. 20 minutes to get into the city. 8 minutes walk to the station. We stay in the apartment downstairs, so we can help if there is anything you need. The garden is cozy with fruit trees and hammock, and you are welcome to sit outside when the weather is good. There are shops nearby.

You will find old beams on the first floor and giant windows in the kitchen and lounge/study from when the house was used as stables. This calm retreat is located right by the beautiful lakes of Copenhagen. Østerbro is a great area on the border of Nørrebro and the inner city, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops, and sights.
