Each guest over one is an additional $15 per day per person—kids under 2 N/C. $10 per day per animal. PETS MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. Family Vacation Home on 20 Acres w/ Bass Pond!

Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.

Nice and quaint. Owners of the airbnb are very friendly, always willing to help, and welcoming. Property is very beautiful and well kept. We went fishing in the pond and caught a bunch of fish (catch and release) throughout our time. Main stores are about 20-30 minute drive but theirs a dollar general about 3 minutes down the road. Lots to do in the area if needed. Good getaway to relax, and break contact from the world for a bit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, focus on family, and enjoy nature. Bunch of different hiking trails in the area and the city of Charlotte for everything it offers.

This air bnb was perfect for what we needed and extremely affordable for all it had to offer. There were a few little hiccups (leaking fridge, issue using keypad, etc) but Brittany was responsive and even came by to check things out at a time that was convenient for us. The "children's" bathroom in the listing is exactly that. It's perfect for kids, or small adults, but if you have a full house don't expect to utilize it as a second full bathroom for adults. The beds were comfortable and the property is beautiful! We even took a few pictures in front of the cute mural! We would definitely stay here again.

We were hosting a wedding and needed a place to stay. The house has everything we needed and was tremendously clean and had unexpected extras that put a smile on our faces. We definitely recommend staying at Ann’s place!

Robin’s Airbnb was perfect! Everything was clean and well organized, she had a great assortment of snacks, and plenty of cooking equipment! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful felt just like home would stay again!

Blake’s place looks better than the pictures. The kitchen had everything I needed and the place was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and residential and it’s close to stores and some restaurants. It was perfect for the quiet and relaxing weekend I wanted.
