Vacation rentals with a pool in Rocky Point

Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

We had an awesome time at Angels place. The kids LOVED the pool and the backyard was an awesome place to hang. Everything was super clean! The one queen bed was comfortable but the other beds are pretty firm (my kids didn’t mind). Other than that, no complaints and Angel was helpful and responsive!

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Mark's home was comfy and very welcoming. I would definitely stay there again!

This was our first time using airbnb. House was just as described. Loved the pool and hot tub. Location of the home was close to everything from beaches to resturants and stores. Neighborhood was very quiet . We would def stay here again.

This was my second stay at Jose’s home, and it was great once again. The home is very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa….and had fun feeding the ducks in the pond behind the house. I highly recommend Jose’s home and hope to stay again in the near future.

It’s the little things that mean a lot. There were Kleenex boxes in each room. They provided ample storage containers for leftovers. Plenty of inflatables were available for floating. Super bonus is the Florida State park pass. It’s all in the details!

Enjoyed our stay, we used the pool and hot tub. It worked out great. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy yourself when you’re not out doing. All the dishes and pans were easily found to cook at the house, that was excellent for us

The house was amazing! Very clean and a perfect location. A quiet neighborhood but not too far from anything. Communication with Mark was great and he was a great help with everything we needed. We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Tampa again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

The tiki themed suite is absolutely magical! Walking in was such an awesome experience for my family! We loved the decor, sounds, smells and views but we especially loved Chief the parrot! Chris explains everything you need to know with great detail, no questions go unexplained! We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant & bar too! The sunset should not be missed! We can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I brought our teenage daughter to stay at Lu’s for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo was spotless, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with anything one might need. There was easy access to the beach and restaurants, but the best part was just relaxing by the windows overlooking the intercostal. I loved seeing all the different birds go about their daily routines and we also saw several dolphins swim by! We took advantage of the pool which had plenty of deck chairs and was never too busy. It was also nice to cook in the well appointed kitchen or use the grill by the water. We met several nice families living/staying in other units who were all quiet and respectful of the space. I would also recommend walking to the beach to take in the sunset. We hope to return in the future! Thank you Lu!

Valeries place was AMAZING! Words and pictures don't do the view from the balcony justice. The condo was cozy and very clean. It had everything I needed for a five week stay. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony, watching dolphins and boats go by. The sunsets were spectacular, a perfect view from the balcony. I had an excellent experience renting from Valerie. It was exactly as depicted. I would highly recommend staying at Boca Ciega Resort in Valerie's condo. You will not be disappointed!

The main area of the unit was updated, had nice appliances, well-stocked kitchen for cooking basic meals, FAST and NEW washer and dryeR (an anomaly in beach units in my opinion). Super easy walk to the beach and unit has plenty of beach towels, as well as some chairs and an umbrella in good working order. I appreciated that they supplied lots of bath towels so you didn’t haven’t to wash them daily. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Host was responsive and home was very clean.

Room 302. Elevator was still broke from hurricanes, but she told us. Partial ocean view. Laundry room down the hall was a little smelly. The king sized bed was very tall. Not sure my in laws could have made it, but we did. Only found 2 kitchen cloths. Close to bars, across from the ocean. We took trolley to Clearwater Great central location.

We had a wonderful stay. We love sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. There is a great restaurant next door that you can walk to and just a few minutes drive is a target and grocery store. We love staying at Kimberly’s condo. She is quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great experience.
