Beachfront vacation rentals in Rocky Point

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

The place was super nice, clean, newer appliances, nicely decorated. We sat out and had coffee on the patio in the morning, overlooking the marina. The beach was just a short walk across the road. It was nice that there’s a crosswalk with lights right there. Overall, a very nice stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

This is the second time I've stayed at Ioulia's. It's well worth the price for the location. It's cute, quiet, clean, and easily accessible. There's so much to do in the area, and I can't wait to come back and stay longer!

Cutest little A-frame on a quiet, serene river front setting. Very peaceful to sit and watch nature or go kayaking on the river. Easy access to the house as well as other amenities on property. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

My family and I had an amazing getaway trip here. We had spent a lot of time working hard for this trip; and it sure paid off. The location was beautiful, just down the road (within walking distance) from John’s Pass, Very close to the beach, beautiful views. The Airbnb itself had everything you could possibly need, very clean, and cozy. The hosts were very communicative, and instructions were very clear. We had a 10 month old with us and it was also very accessible for that. Overall would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, fun, and great experience/location for Florida. My girlfriend & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! For our first trip together, it was the perfect spot. The location was very safe allowing us to walk anywhere without worries & gave us plenty of things to do. Mindy was an excellent host - very responsive & always positive. We couldn’t believe how short of a walk it was to the beach & John’s Pass (perfect for not having a car)! Beach days were a breeze thanks to the items Mindy provided. We would stay 6+ hours on the beach because we had everything we needed! When we explored beyond John’s Pass, we enjoyed mini golf (with alligator feeding down the road) and the St. Pete Pier - both HIGHLY recommend! A few tips we have: if you have your own cooler, you may want to bring it! The one provided was styrofoam. Mindy has some fun games, but we recommend bringing some of your own too if that’s your thing! The photos are accurate, including how close the neighboring balcony is. So, be prepared to go out there & be pals with the neighbors!

This is a beautiful, quiet and clean condo right on the beach. Great views and location to restaurants. The space had everything we needed stocked up.

This condo was Perfect, newly remodeled, clean, all needed amenities, on the beach and close to lots of things to do. Can't wait to stay here again!!

We just returned from a week at Holly’s place and let me just say how wonderful everything was. Check in was a breeze, Holly was communicative and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location is really perfect. Publix is right next door, and the beach is across the street. The view of the bay from the apartment was so beautiful. We watched the dolphins play every night. We would return in a heartbeat.

This condo is a gem! There was a beach umbrella, towels, foldable chairs, and even a little wagon we could use to transport everything to and from the beach. The direct beach access is great and makes going to and from the beach super convenient during the day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts in the morning, and the pool was very pleasant. We loved our stay!

Just as advertised. Beautiful condo that had everything you needed. The location was perfect. With easy access to the beach and pool area is everything you could ask for. Watching the sunset from the gulf facing balcony was AMAZING!!! We would certainly comeback and stay there again. We highly recommend it!!!

From beginning to end my experience was amazing. Great location and an awesome waterfront view. Nice restaurant in walking distance. The unit was clean and the hosting team was very helpful. I will definitely be visiting again sometime soon.

Great place to stay on a family vacation. Lots of restaurants in the surrounding areas. Home was very welcoming and the owners were very nice and responsive to any and all questions we had. Patio area was very nice and accommodating. Host was very nice and stayed in contact with me the entire trip. They were also willing to take care of a small issue with no hesitation and that speaks volumes to their willingness to help make sure their guests have an amazing experience. My wife and I and our two kids (7 and 3) had the best time during a last-minute spring break trip from New Jersey. Tanya’s home was perfect for us- fully stocked with beach amenities including chairs, an umbrella, and an abundance of beach toys, shovels, and balls for the kiddos. The condo was immaculate and even more spacious than the photos depicted. Being right on the beach was super convenient, and we enjoyed the pool as well (the pool and pool deck was spotless and attended to throughout the day). We did some light cooking and the kitchen has everything you could need for a quick meal or something more complex. The area is full of great restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive. My daughter wanted me to share that she has never seen a prettier sunset, too! We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a quick 4-minute walk to the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The host provided beach chairs and a wagon, which were incredibly convenient. We also really appreciated the hose right outside the door to rinse off sand before heading in. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful. Overall, it was a smooth and relaxing experience. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

We loved our stay! A beautifully renovated condo, perfect for our family, very clean, and the views from the balcony were absolutely incredible!! Amazing sunsets every night and live music nearby made this a true gem and amazing vacation spot. Walking distance to shops, ice cream, restaurants, and the most beautiful beach and clean, well maintained pool!! This place had everything!!
