Vacation rentals with a patio in Rocky Point

Our stay at Odenia’s place was great! Super clean. Smelled amazing every time you walked in the door. Super cute decor. The only thing I would recommend is a clearer description as the place is more of a duplex rather than a whole home. She was very sweet and available.

Full disclosure, I did not stay at his unit as ended up in another spot with friends. Awesome communication and great pricing!

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

We had a great 2 night stay at Richards place. The accommodation is private, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and perfect for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed - the amenities are great. Would return again!

Dave's guesthouse is a great place to stay in Tampa area. It is in a peaceful neighborhood close to the famous Clearwater beach. Dave provided us everything needed including beach gears to use! The rooms were crisp clean and beautifully decorated. We are very impressed during our two-night stay. Thanks so much for the arrangement and hospitality!

The home was very inviting has soon as I drove up. The photos displayed depicted the home to perfection. The host was very responsive and we truly enjoyed the home. The host provided great amenities and we loved playing the games provided as well as the tv apps were great! I will definitely book his place again.

My husband and I loved Efrain’s place . It was very close to our son’s home which made it wonderful. The place was very clean , close to restaurants, very comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely try to book his place again.

We stayed almost a week and the place was perfect for our needs. We would enjoy the beaches in the morning and then relax by the poolside. Communication was prompt and our requests were handled very quickly. Highly recommended and We will definitely be back next time.

Priyank was the absolute best host. Very prompt at responding, kind, and easy to speak with. The house was absolutely stunning. VERY clean, modern, cute and quaint. The little things matter and made us feel at home (paper towels, coffee, toilet paper, tissues, vacuum, water bottles, accessible remotes/tvs, extra pillow/blanket, bathroom needs, and so much more). Those small amenities and going the extra mile are what I will remember and make me want to come back. Felt safe in the area, price was very reasonable. It’s hard to find a nice, clean place that is reasonably priced. Very easy check in and out. Cant say enough good things about this Airbnb and Priyank. I was extremely impressed and will absolutely be coming back to stay here!

Overall, beautiful place 😍 The pool and the hot tub were the best parts. Andrew was also very responsive. There was a bit of debris coming out of the air conditioner onto the bed but Andrew gave us access to clean blankets right away. All beds were comfy, the sofa was comfy, and access to the washing machines made the entire stay comfy. Highly recommend booking this place with Andrew. Only downside is we didn’t extend our stay for longer.

Owner easy to deal with and flexible as our needs changed during hurricane recovery. There was an internet issue…. Totally out of their control with a cut fiber due to storm damage tree removal. They communicated status and eta for fix about every 6 hours. Great concern for our needs as well as proactive communication.

Tatyana was wonderful. We asked for help with door open instructions and Wi-Fi Pw, and she responded in less than 5 min. Since we accessed the door multiple times, the key pad battery was low, she came right over within 10 min. We enjoyed our vacation so much. And we will definitely book this place again.

Beautiful space on a gorgeous beach. The one thing was no shampoo body wash in the primary bathroom.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Alison is a great host! Fabulous communication and excellent place. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and swimming in the pool most. The bed and couch bed were comfortable. We also liked the modern lock - much better than a key! Thank you Alison!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Matt’s place is beautiful … it is exactly as pictured… his place was clean well equipped and easy to enter… the pool and jacuzzi was perfect early mornings before we went out!… the view is everything, and was such a wonderful thing to wake up to everyday… Matt’s place had everything you’ll need to cook.. it was a total 5 stars if i could i wld gv it 6!!!

The condo was excellent! Pet-friendly and we love the ground floor (no stairs to climb with the pup). Only small issue was the dishwasher didn’t work and although Lisa was very responsive and tried to have it rectified many times, we were without it for most of our stay. Not a big deal though as there was only two of us. We love the Avalon complex and this was our second stay here. First time staying at Lisa’s and it was a very comfortable and clean space! Kitchen was well equipped. Lisa keeps on top of maintenance and looks after the unit. She was always available whenever there was a question or concern. Thank you for hosting us. Hope to be back sometime.
