This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

Lake Front Retreat

This fully furnished lake front cabin is located on South Shore in Clear Lake! It was updated (2017 & 2020) with gorgeous views of the lake. The cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with sleeping arrangements for 10 people. This is the perfect retreat to enjoy the lake in the summer or a snowmobiling/ice fishing getaway in the winter. The property has 50 ft of shoreline with a dock for swimming and outdoor fire pit. The Half Pint Lake House is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood one block off of Clear Lake and a short 5 minutes walk to State Beach Park. We purchased and renovated the home for guest and families to enjoy the beauty and hospitality of Clear Lake as we have with our family through four generations!
