House vacation rentals in Rockport

My family and I were fortunate enough to spend the thanksgiving holiday here. It was the perfect space for a group gathering. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time - beautiful house in a terrific location. Super convenient for Phillips Academy if that's why you're in the area. Nancy was very attentive (and actually lives in an apartment downstairs) so was able to do lots of nice things for us like bake us a coffee cake and make floral centerpieces. Thank you!

What can I say? They’ve thought of everything to make you feel welcome and right at home! Special snacks awaiting the kids with breakfast items already thought of! The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for every day of our stay! The rooms were comfortable and felt right at home! Thank you for a perfect and memorable stay!

This was our second time staying at Ned‘s place. Just as Beautiful as it was several years ago. He keeps the property very well maintained and takes pride in making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need for a pleasant stay. Felt right at home!!

Amy’s home in Marblehead is just perfect. The location of the home was so lovely, as was the home itself, and the host Amy was wonderful. What a memorable weekend we had. I planned my childhood best friend’s “last toast on the coast” and honestly, it wouldn’t have been as perfect without Amy’s lovely home. You don’t realize how important your air bnb environment is on a trip - but it is so important and sets the tone for the trip. So thank you so much Amy! She is such a kind and helpful host. My family loves to travel to MA coast - I told them all about Amy’s home, and will hope to return in the future!

Absolute blast! I would have a harder time finding parts about this property and my stay in general that I didn’t like. Checking in was extremely easy and once I did me and my party felt right at home. Perfect location, very remote and quiet so you don’t have to worry about possibly disturbing others nearby. The amenities were endless and it was impossible to not be having a good time all the time when you can take a dip in the pool/hot tub, use throwing axes, visiting the chickens,shooting hoops outside or using the garage and all of the mini games (ping pong, mini basketball, darts). There are endless spots to sleep in and the party barn was a great place to have conversations in. The garden was beautiful and a marvel to look at. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. They responded to my questions almost instantly and even offered suggestions on nearby food for the night. This is only the surface of the endless positive things I have to say about my experience. 10/10

Me and my family had a great time at Steve’s place. The weather was a little windy so it did interfere with our plans at the lake but Steves place made up for it with the great pool which was not that cold and lets not even say the hot tub was amazing! Steve was attentive and letting me know how to check in, how to check out and what needed to be done. Thanks!

Oh my goodness. This place was a DREAM. Such a beautiful home with a view you can’t top. My husband and I stayed with our children and two friends for an east coast summer getaway and we could not have found a better place. Awesome setup, view, and Gaby could not have been more helpful. We would love to stay here again.

My family and I have been visiting Rockport every year for the past 30 years. We have rented many places over that time, and this was one of the nicest! We really appreciated the welcome message and pastries upon our arrival. We stayed in the cottage and the loft, which both were very clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. We were very thankful for the air conditioning as it was a VERY hot week. Check in was straight forward and easy. Parking was a little far away but allowed for a place to park when downtown was busy. Alexander was top notch and extremely responsive. I would definitely stay there again!!!

Nicole’s oceanfront home was so cozy and the view is stunning. It is right on the beach and there is a nice little boardwalk but it’s not too public. Fully stocked kitchen too, which is great for a big group/family. I stayed in the main bedroom and it had a view of the ocean, the comfiest bed, and romantic novel vibes. The place is like a Nicholas Sparks novel. Would stay again!

What a great stay!!! My bridal party got ready for my wedding here and we had such an amazing time! Spacious, great light, easy to find. Definitely recommend to vacationers and wedding parties!

Our family of 5 (2 parents and 3 teens/tween) had a wonderful stay at Tom’s beach home. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, the ocean view from almost every room, the fun toys/games, and the well-chosen decor. The house had anything we could possibly need for a stay at the beach. We loved spending time in the beautifully landscaped yard listening to the birds, watching the sun rise and set on the waves, and swinging on the swing. It was just a 10 minute drive to groceries at Market Basket, and a 10 minute walk to an amazing beach. Tom was a great host. Thank you!

We stayed here for our mini moon after getting married in Boston just hours prior to arriving! We truly couldn’t have picked a more magical spot. As frequent Gloucester visitors, we already loved Rocky Neck, but this home exceeded every expectation. We walked in, me still in my wedding gown, and audibly gasped at the sunset view from the private deck and dock. Allie was a fantastic host: super responsive and kind. The home is spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of natural light with skylights and windows. We loved the guest house (perfect for my MOH), the indoor & outdoor showers, and peaceful, private location. We dined at 51 Rocky Neck, Minglewood, The Lobster and the Ice Cream Gallery. It’s felt like a world away without leaving MA. No beach crowds, no stress- just a serene escape that let us breathe from life’s stresses and soak in the first few days as newlyweds! We will never forget this stay and couldn’t recommend it more. We hope to be back for our anniversaries! ☀️😊

Peter's spot is walking distance to many restaurants and little shops. The pictures are accurate- and the place is just as cute as it looks in the photos ! Very comfortable sleeping arrangements and great shower. Was nice to have the washer and dryer to do a quick load of laundry. I would definitely recommend this spot to others !

The place was roomy with great views! short walk to the beach and short drive to gloucester restaurants as well as Bearskin Neck Road! Hope to re-book another time.

I had a horrible experience with a house in Rockport and feel that Katherine was a Blessing sent from God to me. She was so generous, flexible and gracious. I have enjoyed all my conversations with her. Her home is 10+. Best place I have been to in Gloucester/Rockport Big Thank you to Katherine for your kindness ❤️

Joe’s place was perfect for a quick getaway to New England with some friends. It is well furnished and the location was fantastic! We were able to easily walk to town or the beach.

Place was nice, beach not far. Everything close by. Of couse house could use some upgrades like fixing stairs to bedroom and shower but everything else was very nice. Pull out bed from couch was comfortable also. We had a great time.

We absolutely adored our stay. The house and grounds were immaculate and beautiful. The house had all the amenities plus a sweet little beach just a few steps away. We had fun exploring Gloucester and it was an easy drive to Boston for our events.

We loved our stay. Dawn was so helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful property in a great area. Would definitely stay again!

It was what Me and My family expected. To be beautiful and peaceful. It was a short walk to the beach. There was houses close by but it still felt like there was no one around. Very comfortable could sleep days inside. Me and my family would be for sure staying again. Thanks!

This is our second year staying at Martin and Ellen’s home. You can’t beat the location and the home is large enough for 2 or more families to be comfortable.

Had a nice time, house was close to a lot. Great location and kept us close to friends and family. We will be back. Would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Gloucester
