Very quiet and beautiful place close to Rockport warf

Loved our stay! The airbnb is located above a restaurant, so parking in the assigned spaces can be a bit tricky if you arrive at night, but still no issues as we parked in a restaurant spot until we could move the cars later. The location is great, walkable to town and the cliff walk. The inside was more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and it was so nicely decorated! Would definitely come back! The side door was a bit tricky to lock, so I’d recommend only opening if you plan to use the little porch area with the full wall opened up.

We stayed at home port for a quick trip home to visit family and loved it! The softest towels of any Airbnb or hotel I’ve ever stayed in, super cute and charming decor, the property is beautifully landscaped with easy parking. We walked to get dinner our first night and were grateful for the air conditioning as it was very hot out our second day. This is a great Airbnb!

We spent a wonderful weekend at Andy & Lynne’s place! The apartment felt welcoming, warm and comfortable, truly a home away from home. The kitchen was cute and well appointed. The bath was spacious and the rainfall shower was absolutely amazing. The location was yet peaceful and quiet, yet assessable to many points in souther Maine. It is the ideal getaway spot for costal New England. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in costal Maine. Thank you!

our stay here was lovely. ellen and rusty were waiting for us when we arrived and helped us park. the space itself is cozy and clean. a treehouse indeed, up a bunch of stairs and surrounded by lovely oaks! ellen was an excellent communicator. she was flexible with our checkout as no one was following us and our first day was totally rained out. the location is lovely; a nearby beach and just under a mile walk to downtown. would recommend!

We LOVED our stay at the Creaky Cauldron! It was everything and more than we hoped it would be, invoking the magic of Harry Potter that my daughters grew up with. Zahra and Hannah have put so much love and attention into every detail. Each day we were discovering new elements to enjoy. The apartment is absolutely unique and delightful in every way. For comfort features - gorgeous shower with the big rain shower head, the softest and coziest sheets for the beds, delicious coffees provided, and games and movies that we enjoyed in the evenings. Very easy walk into the village where all the action in happening in Salem. On a personal note, I felt at home from the moment I stepped in. I love older buildings, antiques, color, and all the fabulous personal touches that Zahra and Hannah have put into their AirBnb. I would stay again in a heartbeat. In fact, I really did not want to leave - ever! Thank you Zahra and Hannah for making my first visit to Salem extra special!

Stacey was an incredibly gracious and accommodating host - flexible check in/out, local recommendations, and an overall great experience. The space was quiet, had great amenities, and we enjoyed the roof deck. Would definitely come back!

We managed to schedule our visit in the middle of a nor'easter - but despite the cold, wind, and rain, we had a wonderful stay. Audra's place was warm and cozy, so we could grab some food and listen to the waves crash and the wind howl outside while staying perfectly comfortable. Everything was incredibly clean and just as described. It's right in the middle of Bearskin Neck with a coffee, ice cream, shops, and restaurants just steps away. Audra was extremely kind and responsive and has great suggestions on things to do and where to eat on the site. The bed, bedding, and pillows were shockingly comfortable as well. We had a fantastic stay even if the weather didn't quite cooperate. We'd definitely stay again and hopefully not bring such extreme weather with us. :)

We stayed at Blue Magnolia to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We were a group of 5 women and had plenty of room. It was so comfortable and clean. Michael was incredibly helpful with directions and answered all questions quickly. My group would stay again. We loved our stay.

overall, this was a wonderful stay. Susan is extremely friendly, honest, and a very gracious host. She had a bowl of fresh fruit waiting for us along with Milk, Orange juice, English muffins, butter, and cereal; things I was not expecting and have never had before at an Airbnb. The unit was immaculate and exactly as the pictures showed. I asked for recommendations on a few things to do and she provided links to yelp pages almost immediately. I believe Susan lives in a different part of the house, but we still felt like we had so much privacy. The unit is in a gorgeous little private wooded development not far from the water, and we enjoyed a few walks around the neighborhood admiring some of the beautiful houses and the water view. We had no issue getting an uber to and from Glaucester to attend the wedding we were in town for, despite the area being so private. I would absolutely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in the area!

What a gorgeous place in a historic town that was exactly what we needed! Communication and instructions were easy to understand. Lots of extra towels and linens, pillows, blankets. I only wish we could have stayed longer, we’ll have to come back in the summer.

Great location within walking distance to some of the best beaches in MA. The house is at the highest point in elevation in the area, so every night you had a refreshing breeze from all directions, no need for AC. The host's were friendly, accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay at the same place again in a heartbeat.

We stayed up here for a wedding in Portsmouth and this was the perfect little getaway. Dakota was super friendly and helpful when we left things behind by accident. There was coffee and pancake mix and very thoughtful details in the space. Super cute and great location!

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom that made everything super convenient. Thiago was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We especially loved the jacuzzi area and the large, comfy couch in the living room. The entire place offered great privacy. Would definitely recommend it!

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

We loved their place and the location right on the beach and in the sea wall . Got great pics of waves hitting the seawall. Close to alll Boston and Salem locations . Had a great time apt was beautiful and Carol and John left fridge for us fully stocked with milk juice drinks and food . Couldn’t ask for more . We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub Grest place to stay

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!

I stayed here with my dog and the place was perfect! Great backyard area, it felt very private and quiet. The space was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly! Would love to stay here again.

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!
