John’s place was amazing. It was a clean home, quiet neighborhood, and well maintained. Our family will definitely be coming back for a longer stay!

Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

Our stay at the Coral Retreat was perfect. We were at the house for six days with our two teenage boys and of all the hotels and resorts we’ve stayed at this place takes the cake. We had countless manatee swimming right by and up to the property and we also saw dolphins a few times. The house is in a very serene neighborhood and if you want a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel or other touristy areas that feels like an actual home for your family - you will find it here. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It was apparent that lots of thought went into decorating and furnishing the house so you can enjoy your stay. The beach was within a short walk as well as many restaurants and shops. There was also a nice grocery store very close that has everything you need. My wife and I loved our stay here and I’m hoping that we can make this our regular go-to place for a Florida getaway.

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

Really enjoyed our stay! Backyard really was an oasis. Had a lot of fun playing pickleball and basketball and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Home was clean and they had everything we needed and things we didn't think of (e.g. skewers for making s'mores in the fire pit, beach chairs) Appreciated the responsiveness in communication and from hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Shawn’s place was quit cozy and fit our family perfectly. The pool was a nice bonus. We were only here one night but would def stay again.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect place. It was super cute with a lot of space. The kids loved the pool and the little shed. Would definitely stay here again.

Luis and Mary’s place was just as described and pictured. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The townhouse is in a great location (near the beach, the river, restaurants, shopping, etc.) and VERY clean. We will definitely look for this home again for our next trip!

Great place to stay. Wish we could have stayed more than 1 day to enjoy the full experience. Late check in and early checkout was tough but overall a great place.

Carrie was amazing and we appreciated her well-organized home. She thought of everything for a family with kids, young adults, parents and grandparents. Sunrise on the water (short walk) was an unexpected bonus. So many things to do as a family without having to leave. We spent one day resting and it was so worth it! Loved the Indoor pool and security measures to protect little ones. She had everything! I often have to run to the store to get pool items. Not the case here. She was probably the easiest check out we have ever had. Open spaces accommodated everyone. Dining spaces were nice, too. We didn’t do outside but there were so many areas to sit, play games and enjoy nature. Worth the process which was reasonable to begin with.

Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful space with us during our stay in Florida! The home was absolutely lovely—beautifully decorated, clean, and it smelled amazing (I even had to take a picture of whatever scent you used so I can get some for my own place!). The “In Case You Forgot” box was such a thoughtful touch and actually came in handy, which we really appreciated. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, stylish, and welcoming place to stay!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

Excellent accommodations with an excellent price very reasonable. Ms Marcia is an excellent host. She’s very quick to respond and answer any questions you may have. Her home is in excellent condition with outstanding Furnishings and decorations. Truly enjoyed my stay. Will rent again.

Nice comfortable stay nice pool and hot tub

Tim is the best host we've rented from in all our years at Airbnb. We appreciate the communication and quick responses. The house was amazing! It was beautifully decorated and so clean. We utilized the pool and loungers everyday. We wanted a nice, peaceful trip and this was exactly what we had staying here. The location was so close to everything you need or want to see and the park behind it was a bonus. They go above and beyond with providing necessities and and checked in to see if there was anything we needed. Tim and his family provided a wonderful home away from home. When planning a trip in the future, we will definitely stay here again.

We were happy staying and are planning to book again. Everything was clean and comfortable inside the house and no more than 10 minutes from anything we needed. The backyard was well maintained and so nice to have with our dogs, who were comfortable as well.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Very quiet and easy to find. When I’m back in Melbourne I know where to stay again.

We stayed at Trisha’s place for 9 days. We were in town for our son’s college graduation. There was plenty of room for all 4 adults and one child traveling together. The location is one block away from Cocoa Village with no major streets to cross. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and shops at Cocoa Village. We really liked Cryderman’s BBQ, and Cajun Soul which are both just a block away. A short drive away is a favorite restaurant, Dolphins, you can watch the dolphins in the water while having dinner. Highly recommend their Key Lime Pie! The bathrooms are nice and clean, very large and have some amenities already stocked. We felt safe the whole time. The house is just as pictured. We kept saying we felt like we moved from our home right into here as it didn’t feel like a rental to us. We would definitely stay here again and again and again…..

Stella’s place was close to a lot of fun activities including Kennedy Space Center, the beaches, great restaurants, and the quaint Cocoa Village. The house was perfectly clean; the pool was also clean and inviting with great amenities for families. Thank you Stella for providing a beautiful place for us to gather. We will be surely return when we return to Cape Canaveral.

I loved my brief stay here. I need an early arrival and Darcy was quick to respond and able to make it happen. The house is cozy and was perfect for my needs. If I am looking for a place stay the next time I am in town for work, I hope this will be available.

Haven at High Point does not disappoint! Beautiful and clean home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive to questions through the app. We were able to arrive a day early and stay a day later with ease. It is also a good value for the money. The kitchen was well stocked and I liked having aluminum foil and parchment paper available in the pantry. There were 5 adults in this house and it did not feel crowded. The little book with restaurants and activities in the area was a nice touch. As were the chairs in the garage that you can take to the beach. We didn’t have room to bring our chairs and I was so happy to have them. The master suite is HUGE and the other bedrooms are good sized. I love the Jack and Jill bathroom set up. It worked very well for us. We did move the master bedroom chairs to living room as they were more comfortable. Thanks for a great house!
