this is a very nice place in old house but very thoughtfully remodeled parking was easy all in all a nice stay!

Perfect place for a college visit for my daughter. Easy to find and access. Walkable to downtown Richmond. Very well maintained place with snacks, coffee, and ample hot water. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels and linens, and comfy beds. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and did not notice any significant noise from downtown. We felt safe and tucked away even though in a very central area. Would love to make this our Airbnb of choice if my daughter decides to attend EKU!

Diane is a wonderful person and a wonderful host!! I would absolutely stay with her again. Her space had plenty of amenities, a beautiful back porch and backyard, she was friendly and was able to give me a wonderful hiking recommendation, the location was close to grocery stores, the hospital, and hiking locations, and the area was just enchanting. 10/10!

A nice place stay in a safe neighborhood

Jennifer was a fantastic hostess. She was quick to respond and very accommodating. The house was fabulous! It was perfect for 11 of us who were in town for a reunion. It was perfectly clean and so well appointed. Very comfortable beds. The kids especially enjoyed the game room downstairs. I would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at Deedra’s place for several days . We felt like we were at home the whole time. It was clean and comfortable and just a couple blocks to restaurants downtown. We would stay here again the next time we come down to do more hiking in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Alison’s cottage in Berea. We enjoyed the walkability and the options for food and artisan shops in the area. The house was very, very cute and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes for drinks and cooking. We ate out most of the time but enjoyed coffee in the morning. Small detail but there were ice cubes ready for us when we prepared our drinks in the evening. We had forgotten to buy ice and were happy that small detail was ready. My favorite part of the house is the little office/sunroom area. I had my coffee there in the morning and watched the rain. Great location and great communication. Will stay in the future when we come to Berea.

We had a great stay at Jamie’s airbnb. My family came all the way from Italy for my wedding and everyone was super happy with the house. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was overall a nice and easy stay. Jamie was very available if needed. Thank you again!

Our stay was very nice. Great place, beautiful morning views, and sunsets. We felt right at home while we were there. Close to trails we hiked and nice to come back to and rest. Will check into staying here again if in the area.

Beautiful condo at Woodson Bend! The kitchen is HUGE as well as the patio! We will definitely stay again!

Woodson Bend is always a great place to be. We love the pool, ability to put your own boat in the water at the resort, the golf and the golf cart community. Debbie’s place is clean, well stocked and as it is shown in the pictures and description.

Enjoyed our stay. Nicely updated condo with plenty of room. Convenient to pool, playground and restaurant. Stools around the kitchen counter instead of table with chairs.

If I had to describe this place to someone I would describe it as a mix between fish camp and memaw’s house. We were only there for a quick overnight so I can’t speak to the quality of the fishing. We did see some other folks fishing and they appeared to be doing well.

I enjoyed my stay at Woodson Bend and Shannon was a very helpful hostess! Pros -Scenic setting, great for evening walks -Quiet neighbors -Access to resort amenities: pool, golf course, pickleball, basketball and tennis courts, bocce ball field, playgrounds, picnic areas, restaurants (seasonal) -Very responsive hostess who went above and beyond for me when I locked my keys in my car -24 hour gated security -Furniture & beds are comfortable -Plenty of new, fresh-smelling linens are provided -the unit is updated and uncluttered -Excellent wifi strength Cons -No washer/dryer in unit, so bring quarters if you plan to do laundry. The machines in the on site laundry are older but worked well enough. -This unit backs up closely to a nearby condo so be prepared to consider your neighbors -No ice maker in unit. Trays are provided & ice can be purchased onsite. -No coffee pot. There is a Keurig. -Verizon cell service is spotty when exploring the grounds. No issues within the unit

We have been going to Woodson Bend since I was a kid. We finally outgrew my parents place and needed a place of our own. We had a great stay at this Condo. We have 4 kids and the bunk beds were great, the condo was clean, and they had very detailed instructions.

Audra's place was perfect for us! We were staying in town for a wedding at the Legacy Lakes venue, which is only 15 minutes from the Airbnb. We had 4 adults and a baby, and the place had plenty of space for us. It was very clean and had modern decorations that made the space feel cozy and inviting. The location was in a nice and safe area. The host was also quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend Audra's place!
