Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rockcastle County

We had a lovely stay at Alison’s cottage in Berea. We enjoyed the walkability and the options for food and artisan shops in the area. The house was very, very cute and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes for drinks and cooking. We ate out most of the time but enjoyed coffee in the morning. Small detail but there were ice cubes ready for us when we prepared our drinks in the evening. We had forgotten to buy ice and were happy that small detail was ready. My favorite part of the house is the little office/sunroom area. I had my coffee there in the morning and watched the rain. Great location and great communication. Will stay in the future when we come to Berea.

This is a very nice place to stay. We stay here when we go to Corbin Kentucky twice a year. She is very responsive anytime that I text her with questions.

Second time booking here and I loved it every time, it wasn’t hard to get comfortable quick

This place was perfect for our needs. We just stayed for one night to break up a long drive, and get some sleep. The location couldn't have been better. Very close and easy to get to I75, but enough away from it to be quiet and peaceful. There were many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable! I would highly recommend this place, and would not hesitate to stay again.

John was very relaxed and communicated well. He responded quickly after we had to change our previous reservation without notice.

My visit to Berea was for a girls get-together of some long time friends, now scattered. We had to actually reschedule from November due to a family emergency and the Host(s) were so very helpful getting that arranged. The Bungalow was exactly as pictured. The entire house was comfortable and well decorated. The towels were WONDERFUL, the house was clean and everything they said was there, was there. Wonderful spot to return after shopping, hiking and eating. While staying we had an issue that had to be addressed and the response came within 5 minutes of contact and the issue solved. Would definitely stay again.

Place was excellent. It was private beautiful well maintained we were there for a family function and my whole family felt right at home. The host was outstanding respectful and very, very easy to work with and very accommodating.

We would definitely come back! We gathered at this lovely home to spend a couple days with our children and grandchild. It was so peaceful and quiet, beautifully furnished and decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and could hear the small creek just across the road. There was a very nice outdoor seating area in the back with a fire pit, but the weather turned cool and windy, so we stayed inside. A number of local attractions were within an easy drive. A beautiful home in a beautiful part of Kentucky!

this is a very nice place in old house but very thoughtfully remodeled parking was easy all in all a nice stay!

We stayed here as we were passing through, and left wishing we had more time there! This was one of the best stocked, coziest, well maintained places I’ve stayed in! If I am ever in the area again, this would be my first choice! Arlene was a great, very accommodating host!

Great host for Easter week with our family. We even cooked a ham to take for the dinner. Clean, refreshing cute place that we would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely condo in Woodson Bend resort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the windows is of the golf course and provides a beautiful setting. Close to the pool and the pickleball courts. Host did a great job in communicating and checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. This is a scenic area of Lake Cumberland and we rented a boat for the day from Burnside Marina. The restaurants of Somerset are close by and the options are plentiful. Great location and great condo.

Woodson Bend is always a great place to be. We love the pool, ability to put your own boat in the water at the resort, the golf and the golf cart community. Debbie’s place is clean, well stocked and as it is shown in the pictures and description.

We have been going to Woodson Bend since I was a kid. We finally outgrew my parents place and needed a place of our own. We had a great stay at this Condo. We have 4 kids and the bunk beds were great, the condo was clean, and they had very detailed instructions.

Wendy was a great host. We frequent Woodson bend and I will be saving her place as an option in the future. Walk to the pool in less than 5 minutes. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything. You will need to purchase ice as the fridge did not make any, not a big deal since you can get a bag at the guard shack for a few bucks. The only thing I will mention is that I believe owner has a dog so if you have allergies, be mindful of this. My wife dealt with allergies during our stay so she avoided the living room and took Benadryl to help. We were gone most of the day at the pool or on the lake. Overall, nice and peaceful, would recommend.
