The Annexe is a bright, quiet and comfortable modern self contained space with a private entrance and parking on the drive. Broadclyst village has two popular pubs both serve great food and are only a 10min stroll there is also a post office and corner shop. The Cathedral City of Exeter is a 15min drive and is also easily accessible by bus from Broadclyst. Close to Airport but away from flight path, easy access to A30 and M5. Choice of 2 Train Stations Cranbrook or Pinhoe which are a 5min drive

Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. Elbury Farm is situated on the National Trust Killerton Estate, on the outskirts of Broadclyst. We offer a beautiful, peaceful, nature rich location less than 6 miles from Exeter city centre. Traditionally a dairy farm it has now begun to take a different direction- with nearly 1/3 of the farm in the process of rewilding. This equates to 90 acres of farmland surrounding the farmhouse being left to nature to take a hold.
