We are a national trust tenant farm with sheep, cattle, veg and pet alpacas 4 miles from Exeter centre. . Broadclyst has 2 pubs and 1 Indian restaurant. A great outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please note there will be an extra charge for pets. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds The 3rd sleeping area is a double sofa bed in the kitchen Please read the house manual on how to operate the hot water & heating

Beautiful self contained lodge in a cottage garden with private parking, patio & set in a hamlet of barn conversions & farmhouses. King sized bed on a mezzanine floor, spiral staircase, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, small double sofa bed, workstation with USB sockets, wi-fi & SMART tv (inc Netflix & Prime). A quiet idyllic setting, 5 mins drive to Cranbrook station, Exeter airport & main arterial road links (M5/A30/A38). Exeter Cathedral is 20 mins & Dartmoor & the Jurassic Coast under 30.

Built in 1887, and owned by the Pyle family for over 100 years, the farmhouse is surrounded by fields with sheep and cider apples. We are on site and therefore able to offer a personal and friendly service to help with anything you may need during your stay. Dogs are welcome (small fee per night)

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cottage is an excellent base for a countryside and coastal getaway in Devon. The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Idyllically set in a peaceful, rural landscape in the village of Broadclyst which sits within the National Trust’s Killerton Estate. Orchard Rooms is a quiet place to relax and unwind. It looks out over farmland and has its own secluded and secure garden with direct access to a bridle path leading to the local facilities in Broadclyst. It sits on a quiet, tree lined,unsurfaced lane with little vehicle traffic but despite this is only 10 mins from both J29 of the M5 and the A30

Stylish Guest House in East Devon

Enjoy the Devonshire countryside from our family home! Higher Allercombe Guest House is an extension of our house, meaning we live under the same roof, but you have sole occupancy of the guest house, separated by a locked internal door, separate private entrance and outdoor eating area. It has king size and double ensuite bedrooms and a superking or twin ensuite room. There are internet TVs in each bedroom and the lounge with Amazon Prime, Disney + and good Wifi.
