The Gullymonster is a classic Oregon coast cabin built in 1976 and lovingly refreshed as a pet friendly retreat for families, couples, & friends. A spacious beachfront deck is ideal for sunny days and floor to ceiling windows make for cozy indoor wave watching whatever the season. Beach access is next to the cabin down a sandy path through sweet smelling dune grasses and native salal.

It's just a perfect family beach for kite flying, swimming, and camp fires at night! This is a no pet unit. Units 2, 4, and 6 allow pets.

Rockaway is a laid back town, great for getting away from the crowds and hustle.

The Dolphin House is the perfect home base for a fantastic Oregon Coast getaway! This Ocean front home is just steps from 7 miles of sandy beach. Grab yourself a glass of wine and enjoy the lovely deck with chairs, watch the waves, boats, seals, and whales. Our home comes with a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has been fully remodeled for your enjoyment. Extra linen and blankets for those chilly evenings. Everything you could need to make your stay comfortable.

The Edgewater Cottage #6

This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.

1/2 block to beach, HOT TUB, pet/kid-friendly

Lovely house with hot tub and a kid-friendly and pet-friendly feel with a kid playroom. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 4 adults and some kids. Lovely home just 1 minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes drive to the city. Smell the ocean from the porch. This cute and quirky house is perfect for a family or two couples. This is a community feel and the hot tub does have a walk way by it. We are unable to change this. HOT TUB maintenance occurs every Tues.

Rockaway Beach Retreat

Fully renovated to the studs in 2016, our family vacation home is situated on the beachfront road in Rockaway. Immaculately appointed with everything you need for the perfect beach vacation, with direct views of the Pacific for sunsets from the expansive deck. Ideally situated, with the beach only 40 yards away, a quarter mile stroll to the town center with several great restaurants, and plenty to keep the kids occupied.

5th St Cottage Netarts

Spacious and light! One bedroom with full bathroom/shower in newer cottage. High ceilings, comfortable queen bed with comfortable linens. Private entrance. Quick walk - (250 feet according to GPS- about a 1 minute walk) to access stairs to Netart's Bay and small local market.
