Located 2km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire River by bike, the " Joly gîte " was completely restored in 2021. It will be the ideal starting point for discovering the Touraine, the Loire, its castles, its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside you will enjoy two southwest facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2 garden.

In the agglomeration of Tours (10 min by car), we will welcome you to our house located in a weakly urbanized neighborhood, it is a bit "town in the countryside", close to the Ateliers de la Morinerie, a contemporary art site. Our house consists of a ground floor with terrace and private garden for guests as well as a floor (where we live). We also have a very large (shared) wooded garden (1800 m2) that you will have access from the side of the house.

A semi-troglodyte house, with the Living Room-Library entirely in the rock, with wood stove, armchairs and sofa, and a piano! As well as a whole house, stands on 3 levels, two bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom, and a cozy kitchen... A pleasant exterior, with table and chair terrace, all facing south...quiet!

From the beginning of September until the middle of October, come and listen to the Brame!

Cottage/cottage/calm and rest

The cottage is in from the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace not overlooked and another to the west, equipped with a garden furniture. From 6/1 to 9/15, depending on the weather conditions, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and bath towels. You are at an impasse without any traffic. Ideal for rest!

A small path climbing along the cliff will lead you to your stay. It's a green paradise, quiet and yet just a few minutes far from the historical city of Tours and Amboise. Sunny and above the Loire, it's a practical place to enjoy and visit the numerous royal castles all around.
