Fernando is a wonderful, very forth-coming host who will try his best to accommodate you and your needs. I came to Conil for a holiday with my sister but we also came to work. For my work as an online therapist, I depended on a great internet connection. Unfortunately, the internet was not stable and caused some distress. However, in this phase, Fernando, tried his best to make the situation easier for us. After our stay, the host even confirmed that the apartment now does have a router and he made sure to make the internet situation much better for when we come next. This really demonstrated great care and attention to us - the guests. I am sure that you will have a wonderful time there. The flat is perfectly located - extremely central and just around the corner from the main lively area where all the little shops and restaurants are. You can also see the sea from both the bedroom and the terrace. Just perfect. We will be back! Thank you for having us, Fernando.

This is the second year we have been there and again we had a great time, feeling at home. The apartment is still great in everything, clean, equipped with everything, very comfortable bed, wifi that works very well, beach (wonderful) nearby, quiet and wooded area, recommended for anyone. I give it a 10, I will definitely repeat. Silvia is a host who is attentive to everything and pleasant

Exactly as pictured. More spacious than I expected. We had one night while waiting for the ferry and this was perfect. We parked at ferry station, which made our early morning easier. Sofa bed was made up and waiting as we had 4 people. Kitchen seemed well stocked, though we didn’t use it. Balcony views were impressive!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The flat was cozy and comfortable and we loved the upstairs terrace. It is large with beautiful plants, tables and sun loungers and we used it a lot. Everywhere is in easy walk including all the restaurants and the beach. We loved Conil and Juani’s place too!

Everything was great, the location, the apartment was super comfortable, it had everything we needed, the internet connection was great, I was able to work without any problems, the distances and the availability to each place were great. And the welcome and attention were very good. It was a nice experience.

We've been at Jose Manuel's for 14 days. The house is as described by Jose Manuel in the listing, although the photos don't do it justice. It has everything you need to spend a vacation stay, it is very spacious and located in a very central, residential and quiet area. Upon our arrival the house was clean, with the beds made, fresh and new sheets and towels. It has air conditioning in the main room, a standing fan and one of the rooms has a ceiling fan, enough to withstand the heat. The communication with Jose Manuel has been fantastic from before our arrival, giving us all the facilities both when entering and leaving. He has made us great recommendations for visits, shopping and gastronomy and his response has always been very quick to a couple of doubts that arose to us, it is available 24/7. We have been renting houses since 2021 in the area and this is definitely for repeat.

The apartment is in the center, a stone's throw from all amenities. It is furnished with great taste and has all the amenities. I also worked a couple of days and I liked it a lot. Aida is always available and nice.

We stayed two nights in Barrameda and had a wonderful experience. Ángeles was an excellent host—kind, helpful, and very flexible. The place itself exceeded our expectations: even more charming than in the photos, with several terraces, a rooftop, and a lovely patio. It's also perfectly located—just a one-minute walk from the most picturesque part of town.

This was our 2nd stay at Achim's. We loved our first 4-week stay last year so we were sure we wanted to go back this year. The tranquility of the place, the spectacular view from the pool, the outdoor kitchen, the new whirlpool bath and the comfort of the small house seduced us again. We spent 5 weeks there and didn't want to leave. Whether you're looking for a long or short stay and you're looking for tranquility like we are, this is the perfect place. 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Conil for shopping, less than 15 minutes to explore Vejer. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of goats and birds after a day of exploring. Achim is very responsive and makes sure everything is perfect and Miguel the gardener comes twice a week to make sure everything is great. We'll definitely go back. It feels like home:)

Seeing it in photos is one thing and going in and seeing it in person is another very different. We loved the layout of the house, the garden and everything in general, highly recommended

The house is wonderful ,it’s close to the restaurants and has a grocery store across the street . It was just a five minute walk to the beautiful beach . We really enjoyed the back yard and so did our pups ! Thanks for sharing your comfy cozy home with us ! We had a great time ! Thanks so much :))

Alejandro was attentive as soon as we arrived and did not hesitate to tell us everything we needed to feel comfortable in the area. We had water, candy for the child, and he also had the thoughtfulness to leave us a bottle of local white wine. At no time did we feel uncomfortable, you can walk to the beach and the leisure area, there are food establishments very close and in the community pool there was a good atmosphere. We would repeat.

We felt right at home, a cozy little house full of flowers, everything very well-kept and new, clean, tidy and you sleep amazingly with the mattress and pillows !!! I hope to return very soon ! The house is in an area where you only hear nature and pillows next to everything, it has free bicycles that we loved to ride with them around the area, super useful, Ana Olivia super friendly thank you very much for everything 🫶🏼

A wonderful stay! The accommodation is quietly located, in just 2 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 minutes in the middle of the old town with great restaurants. The place is perfect to relax and enjoy life. We especially want to highlight the host – incredibly warm, helpful and attentive. We immediately felt welcome. Hector was an amazing host, super concerned and very responsive, always willing to help. the place is amazing and it was super organized and clean. We loved the stay and one day we'll want to come back!!! It is a space that should definitely be taken into account. ☺️

Lui is a charming woman who was available 24 hours a day to help and advise us during the stay. She has a beautiful house in the heart of Conil, which allows you to walk down to the beach and choose from a wide range of restaurants. We would definitely repeat the experience with her

The roof terrace is unbeatable! Have breakfast there at sunrise, watch the stars at night. Absolute tranquility, pleasant neighborhood, tasteful apartment with everything you need, warm landlady who likes to give tips and always responds immediately. Pepi is very friendly and helpful! Great penthouse and large terrace. Everything clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed, the sofa bed is not bad! We'll do it again
