The house is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. We were in two families and we were very comfortable in the townhouse. Each room has mosquito nets, and air conditioning, the outdoor space is equipped with a table and armchairs for dinners or breakfasts. The village has a shared pool and a tennis court.

Very nice and pretty location, in the middle of the Olivers and pine trees. Simple but very pleasant accommodation. Very well-maintained and very quiet swimming pool. A little haven of peace that we left with regret. Salvatore is always responsive. The lady and her husband who lives on the property are very kind. Looking forward to coming back someday. We recommend without worries.

Matteo 's place was perfect quiet clean and spacious the supermarket is close by and also a coffee shop. also a short drive to the beach. The gas cooker is not an auto ignition so make sure you have a lighter of some kind with you. once we got a that sorted and got the gas going for a cup of tea we were happy. We thoroughly recommend Matteo's place easy to find and access

We stayed in this beautiful house for a weekend in Taranto and felt comfortable. The accommodation is new and comfortable, located 10 minutes from the city center. The location is very close to the sea in a very quiet residential setting. Serena is a great host who has made herself available throughout her stay. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great stay around our wedding on the beach in Maurizio's beautiful house! He is a great and above all uncomplicated host and was always easily accessible. We were greeted with a huge bowl of delicious nectarines from their own shop and received many valuable recommendations for the area. The products sold in the shop are delicious. Before we left, we stocked up on a lot of N'duja, Caciocavallo, jams and much more! ❤️ Pool and garden, as well as the entire house were clean and well maintained. Thank you, dear Maurizio, for having us in your home! 😍 We will definitely be back!

I was with my family during the Easter holidays and we found ourselves in a true paradise, unique view, home equipped with everything you need and more. We had a little cool the first nights and Sandro immediately brought us some extra blankets and a heater. We were* really great, the road to get there can be a bit difficult at times, but for those who look out of the window and enjoy the wonderful landscape in which it is immersed...well the difficulty is absolutely second floor. And I have to say that once it becomes easier! As info for those who may be more sensitive to the theme, there is a hill nearby on which several antennas and repeaters of the various phone companies are installed. In total, we would highly recommend it, especially for nature lovers!

We were very well received with an early check-in by Mr. Pino, who was extremely kind and very detailed in his explanations of the place, which we had underestimated, but which were useful during our stay in Matera. The area is quiet, but to get to the center it is better to travel by car. The apartment is quite new, very clean and very cool despite the high outside temperatures. They also left us everything we needed to make breakfast. Overall a great experience, thank you so much!

Lucia lives with her family in the nearby house, always available if necessary but totally respecting the privacy of the guests. Information, courtesy, food gifts in the fridge, cleanliness, attention to detail, availability and kindness. Maria's home is absolutely lovely and Maria is a lovely hostess as well. She was always responsive and very friendly with lots of good recommendations to eat. Her home is exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable in every respect. The main bed was very comfortable ... there are also bunk beds which we didn't use. The living room was a great place to relax in the evening. It was nice having a table and chairs on the patio to have breakfast. The internet was fast which was good since I work remotely. The home is on the top of a hill with a good road so there always seemed to be a nice breeze. It was a great place to relax - so quiet and peaceful and a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding countryside. The towns of Rocco Imperiale Marina and the castle in Rocco Imperiale are fun places to visit as well as Policoro. Maria was also so welcoming to our two little dogs. We would highly recommend Maria's home for your visit to this area.

Chiara's apartment is ideally located for visiting Matera and is spacious, very clean and complete with everything you need. It also has a very pleasant outdoor space. Chiara also provides a hearty breakfast! Highly recommended!

Clean, cozy cottage equipped with every comfort overlooking a wonderful view, perfect for visiting the beautiful Basilicata. The hospitality, kindness, and helpfulness of Maria Gabriella and Luigi are absolutely out of the ordinary. We saw beautiful views, visited small villages, enjoyed the sea... but most of all, we had the privilege of meeting two beautiful people.

Leonardo and wife are amazing hosts and have one year ago refurbished an apartment in the old town of Bernalda. The apartment is very tastefully established and modern restored with respect for the authentic style of the old medieval town. There is plenty of room for 2 adults, with a sleeping home, the TV room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen and a large lovely bathroom. Leonardo's wife's family has had a bakery since 1868 which has the most amazing pastries and good coffee and as a welcome the fridge in the apartment was filled with fresh croissants and cake specialties from this bakery/cafe/ice cream bar. Leonardo is very helpful and communicates via Google translator, which has its charm but works fine. The people in the city are very friendly and we have felt very welcome. Bernalda and Leonardo's place is a good central and inexpensive starting point if you want a small mountain town near Matera and Italy's heel. Warm recommendations from here.

Upon our arrival we found the owner who showed us the house and explained everything we needed in detail. Very nice place, clean, with ample outdoor spaces very welcome especially by my children. The house is 10 minutes from the nearest beach and still convenient to visit all the beaches of the Ionian coast. 5 min from the center of Marconia, very nice center for the evening, and 10/15 min from Pisticci. In less than an hour you can reach the beautiful Matera. We had a very good time and the owners were hospitable, kind and available to meet our requests. We also had the luck and pleasure of tasting typical homemade dishes by Mrs. Graziella to whom I send a big hug!

A place surrounded by the unspoiled nature of the pollen, a beautiful house for those who want relaxation and tranquility, about a half hour by car but a nice place to relax and regenerate, Enza was super welcoming and kind, upon arrival she made us find a delicious cake!!!! highly recommended!!!!

The stay in Pisticci was an experience I did not expect, the accommodation is an old restored Lammia, which still maintains some typical characteristics of this historic building, easy access, available, kind and of infinite courtesy the owner. Once you reach the apartment you can conveniently park your car and walk around the whole town which is uniquely beautiful, clear directions to the apartment and also those for the services available nearby. It is a small house in the old part of the town, equipped with a kitchen and equipped with everything you need, small bathroom with shower and equipped with washing machine, double bed, plus small bed, all on the mezzanine. Inside, the owner has maintained the ancient stone structure that makes the house charming. Tidy and very clean. I hope to be back soon.

What more could we have asked for in a romantic weekend getaway?! Marilisa and Raffaele are amazing hosts who had everything prepared for our arrival. They were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs and wants. Located about 30 minutes away from Matera and about 50 minutes from Taranto, Laterza is the perfect mid point for a mountain/beach weekend. If you don’t want to travel much outside the area, Laterza itself is a beautiful city to soak in as well. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was perfect! they were the perfect hosts with tips, where to eat, where to park the car and meeting Luciana at the end of the stay was a nice way to finish the holidays! 10/10 and recommended to everyone!
