The unit is in Birch Tower, Floor 47. View is fantastic. Room is a 24sqm studio type with a balcony above 160 meters from the street. You can use the swimming pool, gym and sauna. Room has a silent split type aircon. 65" curved smart 4k TV with Netflix and other movie apps to ensure you can relax and enjoy watching your favorite movies. Its better than you expect. Security 24/7. The tower is 50 meters from Robinson Place Manila, a huge Shopping Mall. Manila Bay is 10 minutes away by walking.

Plenty of restaurants, shops and bars in surrounding area. You can access to the MRT (Manila Metro Rail Transit Line 1) just in 6-8 minutes walking distance. Also public transport such as taxi, bus is literally on your doorstep Check in at the reception. Check in time 3 pm-2 am (next day) Check out time 11 am
