Welcome to your home away from home! Casa Caroli is a detached house located in the center of Alba (100 m from piazza del Duomo). It’s a relaxing oasis with a courtyard and one free parking (it's also possible to reserve a second parking lot). It has three bedrooms (one bigger and two other smaller), a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. A/C in all the rooms. If you want to have a meal with a view, you can also find a patio and a terrace with table and chairs.

A flight of stairs leads to a bright living area with sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom all on the same level. The kitchen overlooks the large garden with private pool, solarium area and gazebo equipped for outdoor dining, also thanks to the convenient barbecue and outdoor sink. A sunny and very sweet valley will allow you to immerse yourself in nature not far from all the comforts of the city.

Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.
