Situata in un grazioso contesto collinare la casa è composta da un'ampia zona living con cucina integrata ed una camera da letto con caminetto, entrambe con accesso alla terrazza, due bagni, terrazza esterna e cortili da ambo i lati. Presente inoltre locale con sauna e ellittica. Possibilità di parcheggio interno. Da sempre appassionati di animali, abbiamo con noi cani, gatti, cavalli e asini che vi accoglieranno. Per questo motivo si richiede la pre approvazione per feste o altri eventi.

Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare.
