Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Roanoke Island

We had a wonderful stay… the OBX is now our favorite vacations spot! Sounds Groovy was Awesome with wonderful and responsive hosts.

Wonderful place to stay! Very comfy bed. Great for a few days to visiting and explore the beautiful Outer Banks.

Michelle is a great host and the house is always clean and has everything you need! The location is amazing close to everything. This is always our go to house for vacation!

This was my first time ever booking an Airbnb and it did not disappoint. The hosts were very friendly and understanding. The place was clean and felt at home. I had the maximum of people we could have and we had plenty of space in the house! Definitely would book again!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Sasha’s! She was very responsive and everything she listed was a described! We did bring an umbrella , beach toys, wagon, beach towels but we did not need to at all! She had everything we needed for the perfect beach days! On the days that it rained my kids played air hockey, UNO, and a bunch of others that were on stock! So many to choose from! My girls loved all the smart technology! They thought it was so cool that the mirrors were smart! And the sink faucet was censored! So cool! They loved watching tv under the car port in the mornings since it was so nice and cozy! Ahh so many great things! We will definitely be back to Sasha’s!

Really enjoyed our stay in the outer banks. Travis was super responsive and helpful and check in/check out was painless. House was well stocked with everything we could need and was very clean on arrival. Coffee shop was less than a block away, which was nice in the morning. Beach was just a few blocks away and the access had a ramp, which was nice for the wagon and stroller. No ramp on the beach side but if you go down one more access to Admiral, there is a flat beach entry. Back yard area with fire pit and grill was great for relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the outer banks.

Cozy house full of old charm just steps away from the beach. All of the picture on the wall were beautiful and told a story about the house and the area. Everything was clean and neat. We cooked dinner for the majority of our stay, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Bathrooms were very clean as well. We would definitely stay here again when we visit in the future!

Right next to the beach and local hot spots this is a perfect location for a lowkey trip to the beach. House stocked with everything youd need. Host is incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I was very impressed by this house! Not only was the place immaculate, comfortable and beautifully decorated, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating as well. Not to mention, they left a very thoughtful gift to congratulate us our anniversary. By far the best AirBnB we've stayed. Would return in a heartbeat 💓

Had a great stay at Mark's place! He was friendly and helpful, and the house was perfect for our beach weekend. Mark offered beach chairs, boards, and more that made the trip easy. Quick bike ride or drive to the beach!

The Recovery Room was a perfect getaway for two people. Very clean and well kept private space below a house. Just a short walk to the beach wish a crosswalk to cross 158 just a few blocks down the road. Gia extremely helpful with recommendations and provided all the necessary information for a safe relaxing trip to the Outer Banks

This home was everything for my week stay in OBX, clean home. Felt like I was home we had everything we needed. Communication was very quick!

Wonderful stay in a charming home. I practiced yoga on the back porch over looking the canal while my husband napped after a beautiful motorcycle ride to Hatteras. Close to Wright Brothers Memorial, Duck, beaches, etc. We will be back!

Jonathan place is incredible! He has thought of everything. Very helpful! I asked about a blender and he bought one for the place. The bath is incredible! I will be staying here the next time I’m here! My cousins live in the area and they loved it too.

Dana is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. Instantaneous response whenever I messaged her. Place was exactly as described: walkable to restaurants and the beach and short drive to any place you would want to see in OBX. Got to meet both hosts in person, and found both to be very pleasant and amiable. It is very clear they have a genuine love of Nags Head and a genuine desire for their guests to enjoy their stay. Would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family with small children. There were only a couple other people at the condominium so the pool was always available and parking was easy. I liked how you get to park underneath the condos so your car stays shaded. The lock code to the stairwell and elevator made us feel secure. There were plenty of nice beach items to use in the storage including wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Each room had plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The walk to the beach was minimal. The only cons were loud vehicles since you are close to the road and one ceiling fan not working in a bedroom but that didn’t bother us! Overall it is a great place and exceeded our expectations!

Joe's place has stunning ocean views. It is on the forth floor. It is facing ocean without obstruction. it has big sliding doors in living room(both sides) and one bedroom. The balcony is very big. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset. The apartment is very roomy, three of us had enough space. The location is in the center of outer banks. The grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. We definitely will come back!

Where to even start?! Meredith was awesome to rent from. The pictures were super accurate to the appearance of the rental. The condo was super clean and she thought of everything. We brought our three kids to the OBX and they never once said they were bored with everything she included in her place. The Sound is literally out your back door and has unmatched sunsets. The beach is less that 3 min drive away and she includes a parking pass that allows you to park super close to the access points. The town of Duck is right up the road and is a very walkable town that offers fun local shops and great dining options. Overall it was a great trip and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

I booked this location for our 2 year anniversary and it was an incredible stay. The view was perfect and the house was everything we needed for a few days stay. Gene was incredibly kind and even allowed us to check in early which worked out perfectly for us. The listing was just as described and honestly much more head space in the main room than we originally thought. The internet was great which was incredibly useful for our remote work. Couldn't recommend a better stay in the OBX for the price and location.

The location could not be beat! We loved walking to Scarborough Faire and biking to restaurants or the beach. House was clean and stocked well. We would definitely stay again!

This is our 3rd time staying here! Has a beautiful view, great access to the beach and a nice pool, which is so great to break up the day. We traveled with two adults and two children perfect amount of space. Little dated inside but has everything you need. We come for the location, because it’s so good! As other reviews have said there is a rental above you. We had one night of very late night noise but other than that it was a wonderful stay, we will be coming back!

This was our third time staying here! We love the water views, location, and peacefulness of the neighborhood. We would love to return again soon!

Diane's place was just what we were looking for. Great view of the Sound and just a short walk to the ocean! The sunsets were beautiful with a great view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again
