Normally I don’t write reviews. However this particular Air B&B experience was excellent and I wanted to make sure the host knows as well as other guests. My friend and I do an annual girls beach trip to OBX and this was the nicest condo we’ve stayed in so far. The host was extremely polite and attentive. The condo is beyond clean and comfortable. There are lots of little details that stand out: the bedside table has the wifi info, the sheets/linens smell amazing, the balcony furniture is extremely comfortable, and everything is labeled in the well stocked kitchen. We loved the luggage lift - that was a huge perk. The beach access is private and the crowd was quiet and respectful. We immediately booked for next year before we left. If you’re looking for a safe, cozy, peaceful beach condo this is the place!!

The accommodations were just perfect for our trip. Very comfortable and clean and within walking distance of many amenities.

We truly enjoyed the condo and the beautiful view of the sound. the living room was super cozy and nicely decorated. Will definitely stay again. Mandy was SUPER responsive and very helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Having an active toddler led us to believe this was the most wonderful place to stay! Waking up on the beach and being able to sit on the balcony was wonderful. We were able to head to the beach and back easily. There’s so much to do around this area and it was a peaceful stay.

Fantastic condo was exactly as described and expected. Host communication was excellent. Full kitchen was provided with cookware, silverware, cookware, and even a wine opener. Property amenities and beach access were greatly appreciated. Very quiet and peaceful in the off-season. Direct access to bike path was greatly appreciated for walking, running, and cycling. Town is a little over 2 miles south, so you can choose a long walk or quick bike ride for morning coffee and the famous Duck Donuts. Building G fronts the main road and will help you wake up in the morning so you can look out over the sound and make the most of the beautiful days. We look forward to staying on this property again or any other property with the excellent host!

Beautiful location, indoor and outdoor hot tub and pool, activities, I can’t even begin to write enough good things!! Perfect getaway for a couple like us!!

My family and I loved this place alot. It was kid friendly with alot of toys. There were bunk beds for the kids with an extra pull out mattress on the bottom. My dog enjoyed the large grass area outside to exercise. The house is literally a 5-10 minute walk depending on what you have with you. We were able to walk to Captain George's seafood restaurant for dinner. Sugar Planet was also very close by. We were there for my son's baseball tournament at Kitty Hawk Elementary School and it was only about 10 minutes away. I really enjoyed my stay here. Only blemish was no washer and dryer but was still extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to OBX. AND THE PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE 😊

Wonderful condo right on the beach, exactly as described! Clean, easy access, covered parking, indoor pool was much appreciated. We’d stay there again!

This was my very first time reserving one of these! It was awesome… we just didn’t stay long enough due to the weather we had to go back home! We will be booking again REALLY SOON for a longer stay!

Loved Duck and surrounding areas. This place is great, comfortable beds, amazing views, location perfect for walks into town and to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and the sunsets can’t be beat. Hosts are available and very responsible. I highly recommend this place; you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent location; could not get any closer to the beach! Well stocked kitchen, relaxing living room with great views. Sound of pounding surf and pelicans flying overhead was a memorable OBX experience! Will be back; Thankyou Andrew!

Martin was a super responsive host. Anything we needed he was there to help. The place was gorgeous and in a really nice location. The unit was right next to the pool and tucked away from the main road. The pool was nice and it wasn't too crowded when we went. If you look really close you can see the ocean from the private balcony. Parking wasn't an issue for us. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Would 100% recommend staying here if you don't want to be right on the beach but close enough that it takes 3 minutes to drive the the beach access. Overall, this was the perfect place for our girls trip.

When my husband and I walked up the stairs to the entryway landing, the view to the ocean took our breath away! Based on the photos our perception of how close the ocean actually is to the condo was off so we were stunned in the best possible way at the distance of deck to ocean! I am a light sleeper and was impressed with how quiet the place is. Even the roaring ocean was barely audible through the closed patio doors. Ideal location (restaurants, shopping, attractions) and such a great place to come back to after a day of playing tourist! Highly recommend!

Salty Sunrise was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Three kids, two parents, and one grandmother were very comfortable here, and the location was absolutely ideal. Communication both before and during our stay way easy, and they had everything we could've wanted for the beach in the garage. We especially enjoyed the ocean views.

This home is BEAUTIFUL!! It’s walking distance to the beach as well as close to many restaurants and grocery stores. It’s no more than 15 to multiple fishing piers and a Walmart. I enjoyed every second I was there and most definitely will book again when I head to Nags Head area

Natalie’s place was the perfect spot for our trip to the OBX. It was central to most of the touristy places to go. You’re near grocery stores, and public beach access. The kitchen was really well stocked so we were able to cook dinner a few nights without struggling for dishes/appliances. It’s cozy, the back porch was the perfect place for coffee in the mornings and sunsets over the sound side every evening. We will definitely be back!

We loved this condo! The location is incredible for nature lovers as it sits right on the edge of Jockey’s Ridge State Park, and it was just a short drive to Nags Head Wildlife Refuge. We really appreciated having a nice sound system to listen to records on, and we enjoyed the faux fireplace at night. If we had stayed longer, we would definitely have used the included YMCA passes, but we spent most of our time either outdoors on walks or relaxing in the condo. We prepared all of our meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Heidi was an excellent host. She was friendly and communicative and generous in her accommodation of our specific needs. We would absolutely return here again.

Just got back home & wishing we could have stayed longer!! This unit was a great location. Not only oceanfront but first floor 👌 Our daughter loved having the pool right there and were just a few steps from the beautiful beach. We are already thinking ahead for next summer and can't wait to book this unit with George again!

The condo has direct access to the ocean beach with a balcony that’s great for watching the sunrise. We traveled as three adults with a four-year-old and a seven-year-old, and the room with bunkbeds and the double bed were perfect. The king bedroom has a window with the ocean view, that was just spectacular. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we cooked a few dinners. The place is very nicely decorated with a beach/sealife theme. Everything worked out great, we enjoyed our stay.
