Whether you are visiting Roanoke for work or play, we think you will love our flats in one of Roanoke's best neighborhoods! Carillion Roanoke Memorial Hospital is only blocks away. You are around the corner from a popular coffee shop, a pizza joint, fine dining and a gourmet shop with prepared foods to eat in or take out. The space was formerly a corner grocery store that we renovated and converted to a large open layout 1600 square foot apartment. This apartment is perfect for families or groups. You will be close to downtown, Wasena, and Grandin. Unlike many other short term rentals in the area there is plenty of available street parking right outside the door to the apartment and no elevator, long hallways, or stairs to deal with. There are two living spaces and a massive bar, room to spread out!

Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, take time to relax on the front porch of this peaceful and historic Grandin neighborhood hideaway. Just a short walk to shops and restaurants and a five minute drive to downtown, you'll be conveniently located to the best Roanoke has to offer. This apartment has a private entrance and ample parking just a few steps from your front door. Your host can provide access to a central laundry room (free of charge) on site if needed.

A 2 bedroom 2 bath high-end loft with luxury finishes. The space features a balcony and table in the back and is decorated with a Foodie theme. The space features a full kitchen with a dishwasher, large island, and a nice assortment of quality cook and prep ware. The larger bedroom has a king bed, the smaller one a queen. The central downtown location means you can walk to everything Roanoke has to offer. Paid daily parking (by the day) available in adjacent lot.

This is a main level 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath apartment with pull out couch. This classic house that has been gutted and fixed up from the ground up with one upstairs unit as well. The history of this home goes back generations, but it’s now it's a place you can stay while enjoying the Wasena District and the outdoors. *GPS location may say G&M upholstering & furniture repair. The nearby Wasena bridge is under construction until Spring 2026.
