The house was the same as in the photos, the view was happy and in a peaceful bay, and the way out on the hill was smoothly open at night. The house was clean, but there were a few minor shortcomings, there was a bocek, but the wood will be in the house, it is normal, you are in the forest. In May, we preferred to stay in the bungalow in Riza for our Black Sea trip. The bungalow was very clean and tidy. Although my wife is meticulous, we did not have any problems. We have met our expectations from the risk in the middle of nature. Transportation was very easy and the roads were new. Would recommend to anyone.

The area is safe and its people are very friendly and welcoming, and there is a restaurant nearby, 5 minutes walk, and a mosque and supermarket within 7 minutes. The cottage is very clean, the interior decoration is elegant and harmonious in a way that is comfortable – indeed, the owner of the place is creative in choosing the details, and every corner of it radiates taste and interest. One of the most beautiful surprises is that a free breakfast is served daily, simple and delicious, and it adds a touch of generosity and attention that is highly appreciated. Although there is no oven, microwave or cooking utensils, the comfort of the place, its view, and its beautiful atmosphere compensate for that and more. The host is very responsive and cooperative, and the brother Bakil, who is in charge of the huts, is very polite and generous, always present and responds to any request with open arms. The location is only half an hour away from Ayder Heights, and the road to it is easy and full of restaurants and cafes, and there is a gas station nearby. We had no trouble finding the location. Mrs. Merve and Mr. Barış welcomed us with hot tea and refreshments. They're both very friendly and helpful. We stayed as a family, the beds and the environment were very comfortable. We had no problems with privacy. Hosts helped us when we had any problems or shortcomings. We left very satisfied. If we happen to be in Rize again, we will definitely come here. 🥹❤️

We were very happy with our stay. It is a very good location, right next to the Fırtına Stream, and since the house has many windows, you can see a magnificent forest view from every window. The house was very clean and tidy. The hosts were very sweet people, we were very pleased to meet them. They met our needs immediately and communication was very easy. If we come to this area again, we would prefer to stay here again and recommend it to everyone

Soner is the best host a guest could only hope for. He is there with you holding your hand when needed. His instructions how to get to Caykara were so precise: from the airport to the bus depot where a taxi was waiting for me, were executed flawlessly! He did this every time his assistance was needed. The house is big, well appointed furniture in good taste and so charming . A great view especially from the big balcony: of the evergreen mountains, the early morning mist rising away when the sun comes out, wildflowers swaying to the breeze, and a lake where the gushing river is music to the ears. It was quiet enough where the soul starts to speak and responds to whispers from the mountains. Senim and Recep (Soner’s parents) are spectacular hosts and made sure I am all right. Senim made the best Menemen. I was looking forward for my breakfasts. They are a wonderful and very real people. Needless to say I fell in love with them. I cannot wait to come back here. 💚❤️💙
