It is the perfect place to start your journey to the gorgeous Abel Tasman National Park as well as Golden Bay and of course biking the Great Taste Trail, Motueka is also the perfect place to end your awesome escape to nature.

The handcrafted and wool insulated yurt is warm and cosy year round and has a skylight to gaze at the stars at night. A private retreat in the native bush with outdoor kitchen, bath/shower and composting toilet all with amazing views of the Motueka river valley and the Tasman Bay beyond.

Quiet and cosy Motueka

The master bedroom and en-suite in my home is set up as a private Airbnb room. It has its own car parking area, entrance door, and kitchenette. I live in the rest of the house. So its like staying in your own motel room but without that usual bland and touristy motel feeling.
