I booked Nassim's studio for 4 nights for a business trip. Nassim and his partner were more than welcoming and responsive, and care about the smooth running of their tenants' stay. The studio is very functional and has a good location. I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

Don't hesitate for a second! Small haven of peace in the middle of the small village of Avène, close to the few shops that are there and about fifteen minutes walk from the termal center. Nathalie and Philippe are very friendly, very good organization before my arrival with a lot of information and then once there visit Philippe to make sure everything is okay. The apartment was very clean and has everything you will need. Thank you so much!

Pleasant stay in the property. We were put at apartment number 5, including a small terrace that was not mentioned in the listing. The air conditioning worked perfectly, no complaints. Just plan what to do with the dishes and clean it because nothing on site. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. You can hear a lot of the outside from the bedroom despite the window and the shutter closed so it's a bit of a shame. Overall we were not disappointed, very good value for money, I recommend it!
