It has an equipped kitchen, pool, bar area (canteen), large garden, barbecue, ample parking space, and is in a completely quiet and safe area. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. It is in an excellent location, just blocks from the hotel area, restaurants, OXXO, pharmacies, gas stations, and bars. The residential complex has a boat ramp. For more than 16 guests, there is an additional charge.
