Vicky and Bob's villa is a great place to stay when visiting San Pancho. I would definitely return here in the future. they were very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. they let us know about local events happening as well as restaurant recommendations. The unit even came with a couple folding beach chairs and umbrella to use, so you don't have to pay for stuff on the beach. That was really helpful for us! The unit we were in was on the ground floor too, so it stayed nice and cool making for good sleeps! looking forward to being back in San Pancho!

Staying at Patricia’s place was absolutely worth it! It felt just like home—cozy, clean, and welcoming. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy. Plus, the pictures perfectly match the space—what you see is exactly what you get. Highly recommended!

El lugar es muy bello, mucha tranquilidad en el edificio para poder descansar, tiene muchas amenidades dentro del condominio y tiene una excelente ubicación, el departamento está increíble

Great little apartment and in a very central location

I had an awesome time in San Pancho! The apartment was perfectly located, quiet and just a 15 minute walk down beautiful, picturesque streets to the beach. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and had everything I needed. The rooftop patio is a great spot to have a beer and take in the sunset. Brady and Alicia were great hosts! Super accommodating and very informative. Would highly recommend!

Jen's place is very beautiful, and the decor was lovely. The space offers good privacy, is very cozy, and I enjoyed having a well-appointed kitchen for preparing meals. I enjoyed sitting on the small veranda overlooking her gardens and the neighboring street. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but I enjoyed the activity and people watching. In the evening there was always great music coming up from the restaurant located below. Music ends at a reasonable time. Jen's location is very close (maybe two blocks) from the public market and just another 3 minutes to the beach. I would definitely stay at Jen's again.

Excelente Departamento, Ideal para descansar, está súper equipado, privado y con una excelente Vista, todo está en excelente estado, el Lugar está muy bonito, excelentes amenidades, La Pasamos increíble!definitivamente Volveremos!

Our stay at Alexanders place was great. Lovely views, all the things you need and a beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed it. There are a lot of hill around, which we didn't mind but it something people should be aware of. We loved being able to walk to the beach and all the surrounding restaurants.

Soho es una excelente opción si buscas un espacio amplio con alberca y una vista espectacular de todo Vallarta. El servicio de los meseros es muy bueno y la comida, deliciosa. El Airbnb es bastante espacioso, con terraza, sala, comedor y dos baños grandes. Lo recomiendo mucho.

This unit has beautiful ocean bay views, and the sunsets were amazing! The place accurately matches the photos and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It is in a busy neighborhood so there is plenty to do within a short walk in all directions. While the frameless sliding glass doors are nice for views, there was noticeable street noise at night that might be a consideration for light sleepers. The building lobby and roof terrace are a nice experience, and roof top pool is a superb place to relax. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you!

Un lugar fantástico, está muy cerca de la playa y la piscina en el septimo piso es increíble. Nos gustó también que había alguien en la recepción 24/7. Volveríamos con gusto!

My wife and I enjoyed the condo and our stay in PV. The pool is just as nice as it looks in the photos. The room has an excellent view and is very comfortable. Everything in the condo feels very premium. It's located firmly in the Hotel Zone. You can use Uber very quickly to get to any place you want to go. The building is a new construction and very modern. A few things to note: The beaches in PV can be a bit rocky. "Colorado" style river rocks are common. Bring some water shoes. The check-in process is long and a little klunky, but the communication was very quick when we had questions. As of May 2025, there is construction next door. The way the condos are set up really doesn't affect the experience during the day. There are chickens in the open lot, though, and the Roosters like to talk in the morning. The pool is awesome, but there is no bar. The loungers can fill up quickly in the morning. Plan accordingly.

This place was a hidden gem! Such an easy spot on the beach, very quiet and private. Incredible views, the in-house restaurants had decent food. Not a lot of other food options within walking distance, but many just a quick Uber ride away. Beautiful pools, extremely clean common spaces, and great gym we used daily. Everyone was so friendly, and the unit was excellent! We would definitely return.

Everything was as described . Everything very extra clean , the host very attentive and responsive. Theres stores and places to eat at walking distance. The beach is near also walking distance about 5 minutes or less. It's very safe to walk around the zone . we would definitely stay again. I highly recommend it.

Perfect place to stay in! Everything is 5 min to 10min walk away. Great views of the town and the beach! Can’t wait to come back!

Condo was exactly as described! Had everything we needed for the week. Beautiful sunsets and the grounds were very well maintained.

This place was absolutely amazing! Gorgeous and spacious, beautiful well equipped unit. The building has so many features as well like 2 infinity pools and restaurants and bars and spas. Easy to get to from the beach area too. We really loved our stay. On top of that, it’s great to be in touch with a concierge who will help with tips, boat bookings, and anything else needed.
