Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.

Our stay at Villa Sol Amor was absolutely incredible. The house itself was stunning, beautifully designed with amazing views from every single room. The decor and layout were thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and we can’t say enough good things about the housekeeper, Maria—she was truly wonderful and made everything feel seamless. We deeply appreciated all the little touches that made our stay special. We’ll definitely be coming back to Villa Sol Amor—it felt like a dream!

What a wonderful spot in Bucerias! The home is exactly as described. Although it is not freestanding, it is part of a larger complex but extremely private. The town is undergoing major construction presently, but that did not hamper our wonderful stay. Great restaurants were a short walk away. Wonderful art studios. Only twenty minutes from PV and not quite as busy as Sayulita, this place is still a bit of an undiscovered gem. Manuel was responsive to a short notice request and proactive in addressing possible issues before they ever happened. The place is as described - clean, spacious, modern, open, and just lovely.

The house and views are extremely beautiful. Cesar had amazing recommendations and he knows the area very well. The massages we had was a good way to start our vacation. Cesar was the most helpful and knowledgeable host I have ever dealt with. I definitely recommend this place and I can't wait to return. 5 stars for sure

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Location is perfect! It is very close to the beach (4 min walk) and to the town (8 minute walk). We chartered transportation from the airport through the Airbnb and the rental company turned out to be located right next door. They also had golf carts for rent, which was very convenient. They have a restaurant next to the rental place that has great breakfast and dinner. Sayulita is magical! We had an amazing stay.

We just left a week long stay at Casa Magia. This trip was everything we expected and more. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Close to town but far enough away to not be in the hustle and sounds of it. We could hear a roster crowing at different times but luckily it was far enough away to not annoy us. The wide open feel of the upper floor left us feeling like the world is just one big open place for a week. Miguel was very helpful on check in and with whatever inquiries we had. The drive up to the casa is a steep hill and golf carts are a must. A little expensive but definitely worth it. I could not imagine walking up the hill twice a day. I made ice everyday but buying one bag before you go would be a great effort saver. The beds felt very comfortable and everything was very clean. There were my husband and myself and our three kids in their twenties and everyone loved the spaciousness and luxury the home presented to us. I'd go back again.

Beautiful home - awesome indoor-outdoor space, private pool, plenty of shade for warm days. Excellent location just a few blocks off the main street with restaurants, etc. Free morning wake-up by neighborhood roosters. Just a short walk to the beach. Excellent restaurants nearby. House manual was very helpful for recommendations. House is clean and comfortable, host very helpful including arranging our transport to/from PVR. House has staff to maintain - we saw a gardener, pool person and housekeeper during our 6 day stay. Would stay again and recommend to others!

We had a wonderful trip back to San Pancho. First time staying in the costa azul neighborhood which is just north of town. It was quiet, peaceful and charming. Barbara was a great help throughout the entire stay; helping with airport transportation, spa/massage appointments and golf cart rental (we did not end up utilizing the golf cart option as the walk to center of town was 15 minutes by beach or roads) . It was easy and smooth from start to finish in all regards. The house was perfect for us. The design and architecture were fabulous. Clean, quiet, comfortable. We had a jungle like experience on the back side of the house and could hear the ocean from the front. Made for a great sleep environment as well. Having an in unit spa was so convenient. We booked two 90 minute couples massages during our five nights, which we would highly recommend. Pool was clean and very relaxing. Kitchen well stocked, beds very comfy. Would stay again. Absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Casa Rosa! It was the perfect spot to unwind, with stunning views and beautiful weather. The home looks exactly like the photos—if not better—and had everything we needed. Just a short, easy ride to great local restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Janet's property. Location: nice & quiet, two blocks to the beach (the less busy northside of the beach), very close to a number of good eating places, >10-minute walk to the downtown, and not on the hill! Property Management: The Tu Casa team were excellent and very helpful. Two of them met us upon arrival and provided helpful information. Janet popped by to introduce herself as well. They were very responsive via a W/A group chat, and happy to help with anything related to the property, or visiting Sayulita. House: Very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had quality equipment and everything you need. Excellent coffee table books! Yard and pool: Lovely area and all rooms open out onto this. As disclosed, there is a camera pointed at the swimming pool. The owner resides on the upper levels (separate entrances) but takes care not to be intrusive. Sayulita was a lovely spot for a vacation. We would return to this town, and to this property!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The space was nicely decorated, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The views of the water were stunning (we even saw whales), and the private deck was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything for cooking, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. The host was also very attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the water!

We really liked this spot. The house was perfectly laid out for a family with two kids. The pool was great to cool off during the hot part of the day. Easy walk to town. Owners of the house upstairs were really nice and you really couldn't tell they were there. Definitely recommend this place.

This place is beautiful! Looks just like the photos. Easy to find, and walkable distance to restaurants and the beach. Sergio was responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again :)

Paulo is a fantastic host, very responsive, and this house is spectacular! We had the best time for my bachelorette as a group of 8 and it was plenty of space. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. The views are unmatched! We will be back :)

Arguably one of the coolest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Great walkability to bustling downtown Vallarta below matched with an uncredible Birds Eye view of the bay and cityscape. The home was peaceful and refreshing after a long day in the heat. The hosts were staying in the other treehouse during our stay and treated us like personal friends. We will 100% be looking to stay here during our next trip to Mexico. This is THE PLACE. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t hesitate to book. 10/10 experience.

It was very good, an excellent area, close to the beach, Juan Pablo the host was very attentive and friendly, the house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, in general everything was excellent.

We loved staying at the casita! It was directly by the beach, and walking distance from many restaurants, surf rentals, and bars. It was perfect for our long weekend get away. Rob was very responsive and helpful, always quick to reply if we had any question. Definitely a favorite vacation and destination!

Breanne’s house was amazing! We loved staying here and would definitely rebook again. House was beautiful with lots of space and everything we could need!

We loved our week-long stay at Deidre's Casa Largajita! Great bedrooms, kitchen, clean water, hot showers, AC, and the pool space is amazing. We loved the guestbook that they provided and used it daily to plan our adventures! TV wasn't working during our trip, which was unfortunate, but we made due. The house is in a neighborhood on top of a large hill, so be aware that the walk back up the hill from town can be a bit of a doozy. We rented Diedre's golf cart for $50/day, which was a life saver and really allowed us to explore San Pancho. Loved the "take some and leave some bar", which allowed us to try a couple of tequila's we normally wouldn't have bothered buying an entire bottle. Definitely recommend hiring the in-home cook (Elena) for at least one night. We had the Enchiladas Suizas and frijole's and homemade guacamole along with Elena making a pitcher of margaritas using our booze. We'll definitely be back!

The house was great… Clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was really nice. Andrew and Laura were friendly and responsive. The house was perfect for our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was such a relaxing place to start the day and come back to after a long day in the sun. It was spotless, had amazing views, great sunrises, peaceful style, and a lovely pool. Leanne and Rene were very responsive and gave detailed instructions for getting in. I recommend getting a golf cart - you can walk as it’s only about 5-8 min into town, but the golf carts are fun and allow you to explore the surrounding area more! We will definitely be back! Such a fantastic Airbnb.

This home was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The layout was spacious and well thought out, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of our favorite parts was the backyard pool area—it truly felt like our own private oasis. We spent hours swimming, lounging, and soaking up the sunshine. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. We loved every minute of our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The attention to detail and comfort really made this place stand out. We will most definitely be back!
