We had a great stay at Christophe’s and Nathalia’s home. They kindly accommodated an early checkin on a turnover day and were very responsive to any questions we had. The home is in a great location just outside the old town walls and very walkable to everything you could need. The home was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again when in town. Many thanks.

Cap Ferat is a beautiful location and really hasn’t changed from a few years ago. The location of the apartment was so close to the bars and restaurants overlooking the marina. Just a minute and you are literally on the front.

We stayed for 2 nights at Delphines place. It was perfect for 3 of us. It was a quick walk to the beach & to the train to take into downtown. Merci Delphine!

This cozy spot in Haut-des-Cagnes felt like home immediately. Beatrice and her family did everything to make us feel welcome, from an early check in to accommodate our early flight arrival, to a quick switch out of a broken fan the day it broke, we were cared for from beginning to end. If you like opulence, big spaces and central air, this place isn’t for you, but if you are drawn to places with history and character and quirky charm and don’t mind some steps, this is your spot. It was ours and we hope to return. Teen kids called it their fav air bnb spot ever. Parents with young kids or elderly with mobility issues check with Beatrice before booking because of stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tamsin’s house. We liked the location in a calm residential area but close to the port and all amenities. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely view from the roof terrace! Tamsin was very easy to contact and had left very detailed information at the house.

Nice place to stay Quiet although very close to the historic center Don't hesitate to accept Nadine's proposal for parking at 3 euros per night because there are no free spaces nearby. It's the underground parking lot of the Town Hall which is only 200 m away and is very convenient

Very well located accommodation on the Pointe de la Croisette, in a quiet peaceful area. With 2 convenience stores, 1 bakery just next door . La Croisette is a 5-minute walk away. The garden with the location for the car is a big plus in this city where parking is expensive! Clean accommodation with comfort. Really no complaints , we'll come back!

Very charming and functional house for family holidays. Everything is available to feel at home. Comfortable bedding, nice living space and the outside is very nice. The house is decorated with great taste. The only downside is the parking space that is missing from this beautiful house. Sophie is a responsive and accommodating host. We would recommend this lovely house for the holidays.

I brought two of my friends on their first visit to the south of France. They were enchanted by the entire experience and very charmed by the flat. Although it is truly a house rather than a flat. Our entire experience went perfectly and we were by Thomas to take us to the house when we arrived and was very helpful with knowledge. I definitely will be returning with friends again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Nice! The apartment was exactly as described – very clean, cozy, and perfectly located to explore the city. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. I felt completely comfortable and would happily come back anytime. Highly recommended!

Nice rental in a very quiet place, bus nearby and 20 minutes walk to the city center, ideal for us to participate in the lemon festival. I recommend this rental and thank Laurent for his responsiveness and advice.

We loved the place. If there were any questions, they were quickly dealt with. For the info of other guests (not a negative point but to prepare for it) the streets are very narrow. We had a cat smell at first, then washed the blankets/pillows and vacuumed the sofa and then it was gone. We were 6 people and had many fun and cozy moments in the place. We didn't lack anything. We would recommend the place at any time and if we go near again we will book again. Thanks.

This place is in the cutest area of Cagnes sur Mer. Easy access to train to connect to Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo etc. Free shuttle to get up the hill was amazing. Views from balcony can’t be beat. Thank you!

This is a great location with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the rooftop terrace. Lots to see and do within walking distance and a great market right around the corner

We had a great time at this lovely townhouse. The location is great for shining in the area. A super original decoration, made with taste, we feel that Sandrine put her heart into it, a real flea market! The quality bedding, the luxury of having 2 bathrooms and a nice exterior. Super well equipped, we could live there. Sandrine is a most attentive host, attentive to our well-being and friendly. We highly recommend this property.

Cécile's place is impeccable, lacks nothing, spacious and warm. We are very close to the center of Nice (by car) while being quiet surrounded by nature. The host was very responsive and gave great advice. She had provided us with a leaflet with all the information about the place, the surrounding area and the area. I would highly recommend it!
