E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

La casa e' suddivisa in zona notte, con tre stanze, due matrimoniali, ed una con letto a castello, e due bagni con doccia, grande living e cucina separata.
