Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Riviera di Levante

You can’t get more “central” than this top floor two-level apartment. You also can’t get a much more gracious host than Eleonora. She truly puts her heart and soul into this rental with nautical theme (the master bedroom feels like you’re staying in a large cabin on a cruise…it’s great) and many local decorations. She’s also a very conscientious host checking-up on us several times during our 6 night stay and meeting us at the train station upon our arrival. The kitchen of the apartment has everything you need to prepare meals just as you would at home (brand new Nespresso machine too) except for a microwave. The living room and “extra bedroom” offer plenty of space for a child or to spread out and do some yoga or whatever. The lovely deck that opens from the master bedroom gets a lot of sun but there’s a very easy to use awning that can be extended to offer relief. Despite being right on the main street in town, the noise levels are manageable.

Trevligt bemötande, lite svårt att hitta. Var observant på röda och svarta gatunummer. Bra rekommendationer till restauranger. Cool bar bakom huset. Bästa tipset: östaia a Ribotta - boka! Lägenheten helt magnifik!! Genua en väldigt fin upplevelse, coolt och rustikt. Vackert och fina palats - över förväntan. För de som vill lite bort från traditionella turistgator.

soggiorno coppia con neonato, trovare un ambiente pulitissimo oltre che per noi per il bambino è stato davvero gradito e mi ha permesso di essere in vacanza. piccole cortesie come il lettino perfettamente realizzato, i limoni di produzione propria, asciugamani in più per il piccolo, oltre la cortesia e la disponibilità della proprietà è un punto in più. averli sullo stesso pianerottolo e sapere di poterci fare affidamento ulteriore punto in più. ospitalità perfetta. spazi e mobilio confortevole, suppellettili in quantità tutto pulito e in ottime condizioni.

Carlo and his wife gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. They are really kind and made our whole family feel comfortable and at home. They gave clear instructions, so everything was easy, and they also shared many great recommendations for places to visit nearby. The house was cozy and clean, and we had a lovely time during our stay. Thank you both for your kindness and hospitality!

Mein Sohn und ich verbrachten wunderbare Tage in Riva Trigoso. Die Leute auf der Strassen sind entspannt, gesprächig und sehr nett. Wir haben uns im Ort, im empfohlenen Restaurant, am Meer und in der hübschen und äusserst sauberen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Fussmarsch zu Punto Manara ist sehr empfehlenswert - danke für den Tipp, Alessandro!

This is our second time returning to Parma in under a year. Parma is one of the easiest cities to fall in love with and, for us, Gianni’s place plays an integral role in shaping that narrative. It is located right near the city center, and everything is walkable and easy to access. Gianni’s place is quiet; however, if you want the hustle and bustle of Parma, simply open the balcony doors & enjoy the symphony of sounds. Gianni is both patient & kind, especially with us being Americans and new to the area. He is hospitable and quick to respond — and he has placed many thoughtful touches around the Airbnb such as a hot-water kettle, hot teas, etc around the space for guests to enjoy. If available, we will always stay with Gianni when traveling to Parma!

We loved our short stay in Patrizia’s apartment… only wish we could have stayed longer. Apartment is modern, clean and ideally located, in a most beautiful tree lined street. Easy walk to historic centre of Parma… Would definitely recommend!

Wer sich für den Aufenthalt bei Elena entschieden hat, wird es keineswegs bereuen. Elena ist super zuvorkommend und total sympathisch. Sie kann zudem auch etwas deutsch, was die Kommunikation nochmals vereinfacht hat. Tolle Tipps und die Gegend ist einfach traumhaft. Wer Unterstützung benötigt, bekommt sie umgehend, in welcher Form auch immer, Restaurant, Ausflüge, Strand etc. danke nochmals für die wunderschönen Tage, die wir in der Unterkunft verbracht haben

Wir verbrachten wunderbare Tage in einem bezauberndem Haus voller guter Energie. Die Terrasse öffnete den Blick in die Ferne und die Musik der Vögel und der Natur war Balsam für die Seele. Der Pool ist an heißen Tagen eine wertvolle Bereicherung. Selbst im April konnten wir schon das kühle Nass genießen. Besonders danken wir Nadia ,der wundervollen und herzlichen Seele des Hauses. In der Umgebung kann man viel entdecken und bewundern. In Asti gibt es sehr schöne Museen und Möglichkeiten zur kulinarischen Reise. Alles in allem hatten wir einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement bien passé. Elisabetta nous a donné d'excellents conseils de visites, Sandra a été d'une gentillesse et d'une prévenance incroyable (en réservant les restaurants pour nous par exemple). Le jardin de la maison est sublime de nuit, mis en valeurs par un éclairage très bien pensé. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement ce lieu et les personnes qui le gèrent ! Merci du fond du cœur pour ce séjour parfait !

Fabio et Marta sont très gentils, disponibles et accueillants, tout est pensé pour que l’on ne manque de rien. Le logement et le jardin sont très agréables. Nous avons eu des recommandations de visites aux alentours et dégusté l’huile d’olive familiale. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse!

Casa luminosa, pulita e moderna. Host molto disponibile. L'unica nota neutra è da ricercare nella posizione, molto vicina ad una grossa strada (non si sentono rumori), la casa è circondata da Bamboo molto densi che coprono un po' la visuale dalle finestre del piano superiore. In generale, esperienza positiva!

Ein Paradies! Schwierige Zufahrt, die belohnt wird. Eine traumhafte Villa mit spektakulären Blick auf die Hügel der Toskana. Toll restauriert mit modernen und klassischen Anteilen, dazu noch eine absolute Ruhe, rundherum wunderschöne Natur. Ein Highlight: Der großzügige Indoor-Jacuzzi, wir haben eine wunderbare Woche gehabt, danke!!

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Ottima posizione, host (e famiglia) gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno accolto come a casa e fornito molte indicazioni utili su luoghi/attività da fare. Assolutamente consigliato perché davvero comodo per raggiungere Pisa, Lucca e le 5 Terre.

Barbara,molto reattiva,ha reso disponibile la casa in un tempo brevissimo(meno di 12h). E’un vero angolo di paradiso; le foto forse non rispecchiano abbastanza la bellezza del posto. Una casa spaziosa, bella, rifinita con cura, arredata con gusto e dettagli di design. Tutte le stanze hanno bagno con doccia in camera. Tutto accessoriato e se hai bisogno di qualcosa in più B. è rapidissima nel cercare di accontentarti. Posizione panoramica spettacolare, immersa nel silenzio, circondata dalla natura con boschi e ulivi con una vista mare mozzafiato.I nostri cani hanno usufruito di un giardino molto ampio e recintato. La piscina è tenuta con cura e si gode totalmente della privacy. Tutta l’area ha sole fino al tramonto. In circa 15 min sei al mare, con spiagge ampie e belle. La nostra villeggiatura cominciata malissimo altrove, qui si è trasformata in una super vacanza! Barbara host SUPER, per qualsiasi cosa si prodiga per accontentarti. Torneremo presto

The host keeps the house very clean，the furniture is very exquisite and the facilities are very well-equipped . The host is very friendly and enthusiastic ，he contact us in time and give us a lot of tips about Pisa. After we arrive he greeted us in person and even left us a lot of drinks for free！

The apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable and modern furnished. There was everything that you need for your stay. The kitchen was well equipped with a toaster, coffee express and kettle. The bathroom was big enough and very clean. Well sized bed and very comfortable. Very good location with short distance to main attractions, restaurants and shops although very quiet during the night. Close to train station. Good communication with the owner. Strongly recommend, it was good value for money!

Cavi è tranquilla e piccola ma offre comunque i servizi piu utili come bar, supermercati, ristoranti. Con il minimo spostamento, anche via treno , è possibile spostarsi e visitare molti altri punti mare ed entroterra. Host super gentile e disponibile, casa perfetta come nelle foto e completa di tutto, davvero tutto.

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral & ist mit allem ausgestattet,was es braucht. Der Check-In hat beim 2.Anlauf&mit sofortiger Hilfe von Giuseppe gut geklappt. Er war immer erreichbar bei Fragen oder Anliegen&war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

Un appartement très propre, confortable et arrangé avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien situé dans un quartier vivant mais très calme la nuit. Nous sommes arrivées après le check in mais Agnese avait tout prévu et nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté à accéder au logement. Un grand merci pour cet accueil !

Very clean and very big apartment perfect for 4 or even 6 people I guess. Perfect location right down the street is the center of the city there is a good bar for good cappuccino.
