Monthly Rentals in Rivervale

This place was truly a great find! Location was great as it was near to Perth city and the airport. Free Parking is available as well. The house was very clean and spacious would highly recommend. The beds were very soft and similar to hotels. Overall it was a comfortable stay! Also the host was very responsive when we had any issues.

Had a little issue with juice being spilled on a shelf in the fridge and onto the floor not being cleaned but the rest of the house was very clean and well presented. Great location and will definitely book again if needing a place to stay in the area.

Super wonderful place to stay, close to big shopping centre which has everything you need. Great host, always quick to respond and super helpful!

The place was serene and beautiful, it has ample car parking space and you can walk around the area with near and dear shopping places for groceries and eateries. The house is big and has a lot to offer if you are staying for a few weeks, the kitchen is neat and clean except some ants who look good parading around , the bedroom is good with a lovely cozy mattress. The bus stop is walkable to get into cbd but is better to have a car to explore around
