Nagaysha’s place was wonderful! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and Nagaysha was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely stay here again. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, clean and very cozy. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. I LOVE the kitchen, bright, spacious and appliances were top notch. I enjoyed coffee on the deck the morning of my wedding taking in all the beauty. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area again.

Positively stunning, clean, and comfy. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our trip. Some places feel like you’re in a stranger’s home, this felt like home home. *bonus points for having all the streaming platforms logged in, very grateful for the proactive thoughtfulness.

Great home for a family and pet. Instead of a $200 a night confined hotel room, this home was less expensive and with a lot more space, well worth the price. local restaurants and bars are walking distance. Close to the freeway when venturing out. Definitely will use again and recommend to others.

Our stay by Boone park was wonderful! The house is exactly as seen in the pictures, and Anna was very responsive when we had a question. Check in was easy, wifi was great, and the whole house was really clean and functional. It had everything we needed and then some. Avondale is a fantastic neighborhood, with lots to walk to and easy parking and access if you happen to have a car for your travel. We would love to stay here again!

This sweet bungalow was so quant and had all you need for a comfortable stay. It was walkable / bike-able to parks / shops / restaurants. Such a cozy place and quick to hop on 10 and get where you need to go.

The place was exactly as the pictures. Bed was nice and comfy and the kitchen and bathroom were clean. The home was furnished beautifully. We would book again.

This was a beautiful location and we enjoyed walking in the area and visiting a riverfront park. The view was peaceful and there was an outside table and chairs by the water available. The TV offered every possible channel and we appreciated Spending a quiet evening at home after Being in the city all day. our hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely want to stay again if we visit the area.

Great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again when I'm in Jacksonville for a concert. Liked the separate bedroom and the futon couch for my friend to sleep on. Coffee and snacks were great.

I had a really good stay here. The area is great and the place is really cute. I had let Lawson know that I’d be checking in later at night and the light inside were left on, which I really appreciated. There were unfortunately a few things I wasn’t super happy with. The walls are really thin and unfortunately I heard a lot of noise from the people in the main house. The water pressure in the shower is really low, so be prepared for your showers to take longer, especially if washing your hair. Lastly, the pace was tidy and clean, but not spotless. I did spot a few bugs, which I know are part of living in Florida, but it still put a bit of a damper on my stay.

Cute, comfortable, clean, and easy to find! We would book here in the future if we ever found ourselves in Jacksonville again and we would definitely recommend to others. Located close to delicious restaurants and also nearby lots of fun things to do. 5 stars all the way! The sweet neighborhood kitties occasionally strolling by outside were a bonus. ❤️

We had a great stay. The condo was lovely, clean and beautifully appointed. Our host was very helpful and communicative. We loved the area and the property overlooking the gorgeous pool. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Nicki’s apartment in the St. Augustine area. Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood and the pool was great. Very clean and quiet building and helpful instructions for getting in. It worked well for us as we have family in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

We loved staying here and can’t wait to return! The condo is beautiful, well equipped and extremely clean. You feel right at home walking in. The furnishings are so pretty! Vanessa is a gem to work with, so kind and helpful, checking to see if we needed anything and quick to answer questions. It’s a quick walk on a lovely path to the beach. Vanessa provides so much for her guests including beach umbrellas and chairs and miscellaneous items you may have forgotten to bring. Get up early and see the sun rise!!! It’s amazing!!! Search for shark teeth and shells. Relax on the beach and just enjoy the time you’re there because it goes by quickly! Great places to eat nearby along with grocery stores and ice cream parlors.

Our stay was amazing! The view was great!! The condo was exactly as described. Host gave you all the beach amenities which was very helpful. Very kid friendly. Will definitely come back !

This property is an excellent Airbnb and should be the standard for all Airbnb‘s. Beautifully decorated, well stocked and super clean. Raquel was there at a moments notice to answer questions that we had. I would highly recommend Raquel‘s property to anyone headed to Ponte Vedre Beach. Additionally, Valley Smoke is a next level BBQ place that should be on your list of restaurants. The BBQ is amazing. The restaurant is upscale and they have a wonderful bourbon selection. We liked it so much. We went twice in 5 days. Another great recommendation was Poppy’s Italian restaurant that should be on your list as well. Super nice area, great beach, awesome Airbnb. This was an outstanding trip.
