We’ve stayed at Fernando’s condo multiple times—always for month long stays or longer. It is truly a phenomenal home away from home. Cannot recommend enough It’s easy to work from It’s easy to explore Austin from (you’re a short ride away from everything) And it’s always well equipped with everything you need to feel at home here (including a fully fully stocked kitchen) Fernando is so friendly and amazing—we cannot recommend this place enough

This was my second time staying at Martha’s place, and it was exactly what I needed as I transitioned to move to Austin. It has everything you need and convenient to most things you’d want to do in the city! My dog and I loved the access to lady bird boardwalk the most! Grateful for this space!

Cozy little place, and nice sunny porch and window light when needed. Also, great location just off S Congress for heading in any direction.

Very pleased we picked this place. The apartment itself was lovely, and so well stocked with extras like the tea and coffee, toiletries, masses of towels etc.. So comfortable! Quiet and enjoyable place, and a nice shared pool. Would certainly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again. In fact we tried to, but our dates were already taken. It's clearly popular and I can see why. Thank you Gian Carlo for an excellent experience!
