My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kay’s place. Great location, close to many great wineries and to the cozy town of Tanunda. Kay was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed our chats. We also loved interacting with her animals: the chickens (providing yummy eggs for breakfast), her dogs but the highlight, the pigs! If we’re ever back in the Barossa Valley we hope to be able stay here again. Sad we didn’t have the time to stay longer. Thanks Kay!

We had an amazing 3‑night getaway at Maxwell’s charming property in Summertown to celebrate our anniversary and my wife’s birthday. The hot weather was perfect for taking full advantage of the fantastic pool, and we loved dining al fresco every night—watching the sunset and the full moon rise added an extra touch of magic to our evenings. Although there’s plenty to explore in the Adelaide Hills, we chose to relax on the property and enjoy all the facilities, including the new sauna (a delightful bonus, even if we weren’t quite sure of the protocol!). Maxwell was a fantastic host—always communicative and even arranged a private dinner from the owners of Marshi’s Kitchen, a local Sri Lankan restaurant that was simply divine. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing retreat.

Had a fabulous stay at Rogasch Cottage. Scott, Craig and Jan were super hosts and made us feel very welcome. we enjoyed our days exploring the Barossa and relaxed in the evenings in the beautiful plunge pool taking in the vineyard. Scott organised a tasting for us and a walk of the property with Kenny and Oats and it made for one of the memorable tastings. sampling the wine amongst the vines was a super experience. Would love to return!

This place was such a treat to wind down and relax as newly weds! Beautiful views and very peaceful, just what we needed. The main house is close, but the guesthouse felt private. Leana left some Easter eggs out for us which was thoughtful. The place was well equipped with amenities in the bathroom and kitchen which we appreciated. Highly recommend choosing to stay here, we will definitely be back in the future!

Good place if you have kids. Nice swimming pool and play area. Three spacious bedrooms and large kitchen. Streaming on tv worked properly. 15 minutes walk to supermarket.

We were a group of 8 friends having a catch up and golfing weekend in the area. Driving up to the Homestead you knew you were in for a great weekend. I huge fan of the architecture and the era and we were all very impressed. Large rooms to spread out, large kitchen with all you needed to cook up a feast and a bbq outside. Beautiful lawned grounds and rose gardens. The 7 bedrooms were all a good size and beds comfortable. 3 Bathrooms (2 ensuite ) were great and plenty of hot water. Only had one problem we couldn’t get the TV to work ( the boys were disappointed couldn’t watch the football). Price wise each couple paid what we would have paid for two nights at a nice hotel but this option gave us all the room we needed to gather together and really enjoy the company. Would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend. I will be sharing photos with family and friends. Thanks for a Wonderful stay Nick and Alexander
