The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor, the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, on the first floor, the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
