Great place. Check in was super easy. Antonello always responded quickly. The apartment was clean and only a couple minutes from the beach. We would stay here again.

We hadden het appartement gevonden en met name de ligging en inrichting ervan sprak ons aan. Het is niet het goedkoopste appartement aldaar maar voor de service en de kwaliteit zeker de moeite waard. Omdat onze vlucht ernstig vertraagd was konden we niet op tijd zijn voor de sleutel. Deze konden we ophalen in een hotel vlakbij, prima geregeld. Ook het reservebed was door Annalisa al opgemaakt. Heel fijn als je ‘s nachts om 01:30u aankomt. Het appartement ligt ik denk 30 stappen van het strand af. Prima ligging dus. Wij kwamen voor de beurs in de Fiera en vanuit Viserba is dat zeer goed aan te rijden. Het appartement is zeer schoon en je vind er alles wat je nodig hebt voor je verblijf. Een minpuntje; er is bijna geen warm water in de keuken en dat maakt afwassen wat lastig. Verder helemaal prima, we komen hier volgend jaar weer!

We had an awesome stay here! The place is modern, clean and spacious. Great location right across from the beach with plenty of restaurants near by. Would definitely stay here again.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato fantastico, Simona è una host eccezionale! È stata molto accogliente e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, peccato essere rimasti solo un weekend! L’appartamento è perfetto, è dotato di tutte le comodità ed è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Una nota di merito va anche alla splendida cagnolina Diana, sempre pronta ad accoglierci al nostro rientro!!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und besitzt alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Weiterhin liegt es direkt am Strand, in der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants und die Besitzerin hat mit einigen Lokalitäten Rabatte für Besucher ausgehandelt. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung und ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Friendly hosts. Apartment had everything you would need on holiday. Clean, spacious and quiet. Great location, 10 minutes from the train station and the sea front. Shops and restaurants nearby. Balcony is great for mornings and evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

Ich war sehr zufrieden, das Zimmer ist klein aber fein und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Vor allem die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top, direkt am Strand und an der Bushaltestelle die nach Rimini führt. Danke Michelle!

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Stefano war immer zu erreichen, auch schnell da wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt und sogar mehr. Sie ist super ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl !! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, man kommt überall gut zu Fuß hin. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und waren Dankbar Stefano als Gastgeber gehabt zu haben! Gerne wieder !!

The property was clean and had all the amendidities as described. the hosts were very helpful and went the extra way to recommend us things to do and places to eat. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend !

Wir haben zu viert zwei Tage in Fano verbracht, um am Strand auszuspannen und die Altstadt zu erkunden. Die Wohnung bietet dazu einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Schlafmöglichkeiten auch. Alles war supersauber. Es gibt zwei Terrassen und Fliegengitter in den Fenstern. Arianna und ihre Mutter haben uns sehr herzlich mit einer Flasche Sekt und Knabbereien begrüßt.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Barbara ed Io abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Mariella dal 19 al 24 Giugno 2025. Villa meravigliosa, immersa in un oasi di pace , verdeggiante, silenziosa e ben curata. Mariella e Marco super gentili, cordiali, generosi, simpatici e allegri, insomma due persone meravigliose che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! Sicuramente ci torneremo perché siamo stati veramente bene!

De ontvangst door Elisa was fantastisch. Ze had zelfs de moeite genomen om een tolk te regelen. We konden alles vragen en kregen direct antwoord. Een erg mooie omgeving met fijne stranden. Plek zelf is ook erg gezellig met veel te doen. Je hoeft je niet te vervelen. Een erg fijn huis, met een heerlijke tuin erbij. Alles erg schoon. We hebben zo genoten dat we volgend jaar weer terug willen.

Ruim twee weken hebben wij samen met onze twee mopshondjes genoten van het prachtige huis van Rosie en Salvo. Het huis is ruim, ligt privé maar toch dichtbij strand en centrum van Fano. Het huis heeft een prachtige tuin. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Salvo en Rosie zijn snel bereikbaar en zijn behulpzaam. We komen zeker terug naar dit mooie huis en deze waanzinnige omgeving Kus Benno en Jeannette 🐾🐾 Maggie en Noortje

Waren 10 Übern. nach einer 2-wö. Rundreise bei Stefano, sehr bemühter Gastgeber, persönl. Empfang, hat zwischendurch nachgefragt ob alles i.O. ist, war immer schnell erreichbar, unkompliziert, Aptm. sauber, alles da was benötigt wird, jede Menge Handtücher, Badetücher, Strandtücher, Geschirrtücher, Shampoo, Duschgel, Fön, Toilettenpapier. Da wir nur mit Handgepäck unterwegs waren ein großer Vorteil, auch die Waschmaschine, sogar Waschmittel vorrätig, Spülmittel, Salz Pfeffer, Balsamico, Olivenöl, Kaffekapseln, Mikrowelle, alles da. Kleiner Bestand an Gläser und Geschirr, könnte man kochen. Schöner Außenbereich mit Coach und Sicht auf den Leuchtturm. Klimaanlage einwandfrei, gut sortierter Supermarkt direkt unten im Haus, gegenüber wunderbares Café, kann man frühstücken mit den Einheimischen. Im Haus versch. Restaurants, kann nachts schon mal lange laut sein mit Musik. Da wir viel reisen, können wir auch unterschiedl. beurteilen, Stef. ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung. Danke Stefano

Stanovanje smo izbrali za prenočišče na naši daljši poti. Vse je bilo OK.

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

L'alloggio di karlo è caratteristico, pur essendo piccolo gli spazi sono usati in maniera efficiente,dotato di aria condizionata e wifi compreso,presenta una zona giorno con tinello al piano di sotto e due camere mansardate al primo piano,molto pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ha un'ampia zona esterna in comune con gli altri appartamenti che affaccia sulla piazza principale di Viserba.Molto tranquillo e silenzioso nonostante la centralità. Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione sia per la vicinanza al mare che ai servizi. Davvero molto utile e apprezzato (soprattutto per chi deve viaggiare molte ore) il check out alle ore 13,non lo fa quasi nessuno ed è una comodità enorme. Siamo rimasti molto contenti e speriamo di poter tornare presto!!!

Ho trascorso qualche giorno da Eleonora, con il mio compagno e la mia nipotina di 9 anni. In casa c'era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno: l'appartamento era pulito e molto luminoso, ben arieggiato ed equipaggiato. Anche se non provvisto di ascensore, non abbiamo faticato a spostarci agevolmente. Le nostre aspettative sono state soddisfatte appieno. Il quartiere era tranquillo, ma allo stesso tempo molto vicino al lungomare e a vari locali. Eleonora è stata disponibile ed accogliente e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avremmo potuto avere bisogno. Personalmente lo consiglio a famiglie, ma anche a coppie che cercano svago e relax. Marina da Padova.

Appartamento accogliente e ben curato, situato in una zona tranquilla ma vicina al mare e ai principali servizi. Gli spazi sono luminosi e puliti, perfetti per una vacanza rilassante. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Ottima soluzione per chi cerca comfort e comodità a Rimini!

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter möglich, äusserst freundlich und flexibel. Die Unterkunft wurde sehr sauber übergeben und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Der Urlaub wurde durch die Wohnung aufgewertet.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return!
