*Winter update: Jan/mid-March. Our fairly long flat gravel driveway is hard to navigate in snow. AWD, or heavier cars, are helpful. We will shovel some, allow sun to melt the remaining. Modern Cottage near Charlottesville

Bright and open studio space that sits on a 2.5 acre parcel and is about 150 feet away from the main house where we live. It is less than 10 minutes to the airport and under 30 minutes to downtown. The space features a kitchenette, one full bath and an open lofted bedroom space (queen size bed) upstairs. The twin beds are located on the main floor. We can only allow a maximum of 2 cars due to limited space on the property. Use of candles or fire stove is not permitted.

Eastham Guesthouse is a real gem. Tanner & Megan were extremely responsive and helpful. The place was like our home away from home. It has a full kitchen with every amenity needed. It’s only a 15-minute drive from downtown Charlottesville. It’s the perfect getaway for visiting wineries or for UVA parents visiting their child on campus. You won’t be disappointed.

You stay with Michele and her husband in a comfortable double bed in their beautiful home. Peaceful, cozy, everything you need. Very dog-friendly, with a deck and a porch our dog loved to hang out on, and lots of nearby trails for walking. John was very communicative and helpful. The only thing missing was the lack of coffee in the house (but 2 coffee makers!) Convenient to shopping, and a short drive downtown.
