katia and luca were fantastic .They made contact prior to our arrival and due to the public transport strike picked us up from the coach depot and personally drove us to their apartment. Their apartment was spotless and they also supplied us with some breakfast essentials and water upon arrival. Luca gave us a quick tour of the town and pointed out a few eateries that we tried and agreed with his suggestions. Apartment was perfect for our family of 5, only regret was our stay was too short.

Giorgio è un Host fantastico, ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa tua, è di una cordialità incredibile ed è sempre pronto non solo a risolvere eventuali problemi, ma anche a fornirti aiuto in qualsiasi momento. L’attico è davvero bello, arredato con cura, comodo come posizione e piacevole nel suo complesso. La zona è facilmente raggiungibile, è dotata di tutti i servizi necessari ed è vicina al centro di Rimini, pur restando comunque molto tranquilla. Quindi: assolutamente da consigliare e da tornarci.

We stayed at this Airbnb for 5 nights and had a great time. We hired a car which made us a bit more flexible to see the areas around. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We felt at home and very comfortable in the Airbnb. The place had everything and more than what we needed. It is super clean, nicely decorated and has enough space inside and outside. The host responded almost directly when we needed something and was a great help before, during and after our stay. I can really recommend to anyone who is looking for a peaceful holiday away from daily routines and likes to explore the surroundings such as the beach, San Marino or any other areas.

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen bei Martina. Das Haus, der Pool und das Landschaftspanorama waren ein Traum. Alles ganz genau wie beschrieben! Die Region Marken ist einfach wunderschön und noch nicht vom Tourismus überflutet. Absolut eine Reise wert. Martina ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich um alle Wünsche sofort gekümmert. Ein gelungener Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Silvana e Stefano sono estremamente gentili e disponibili la cui accoglienza ci ha fatto sentire subito come a casa. L’appartamento fa parte di una villetta bifamiliare che si trova in un quartiere residenziale incastonato tra le colline del pesarese. Oltre ad essere stato arredato in modo molto grazioso, è provvisto di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La vista è magnifica e iniziare la giornata facendo colazione su quel terrazzo immersi nella quiete della natura è davvero impagabile. Così come è altrettanto bello rientrare la sera dopo magari una giornata di mare e rilassarsi sul balcone all’aria fresca guardando le stelle. Quanto alla posizione, essendo in una zona residenziale, vicino a casa non ci sono negozi per cui è necessario prendere la macchina e andare verso Pesaro o Fano per raggiungere le zone commerciali (massimo 15 min). La spiaggia invece si trova a meno di 10 minuti di macchina.

Ottimo alloggio. Superconfortevole per due persone. Parcheggio comodissimo e in una zona tranquilla e incantevole della città. Con una bella passeggiata lungo il fiume si arriva in centro e in spiaggia. L'alloggio è anche più accogliente che in foto, ben coibentato e con tutto il necessario per il tuo sogggiorno.
