Everything in the house is studied with precision and in the smallest detail, 1 min walk from the center of Cattolica with all the amenities and restaurants/beaches. Stefano is a fantastic host, super helpful and welcomed us in the best possible way! We will definitely be coming back to Cattolica and staying here! Thank you for hosting us!!

We felt very comfortable in Giovanni's villa. Giovanni is a fantastic host – always friendly, communicative and easy to reach. He personally guided us around upon arrival and was there for us with helpful information. The villa is located on a spacious property with several beautiful terraces. The private terrace in particular impresses with a magnificent view over the valley, the olive trees and the castle. The amenities leave nothing to be desired: a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils as well as homemade oil, vinegar and herbs from the garden. Fresh water is also available. Sleeping and seating furniture are comfortable and the place was clean. Giovanni and his family live next door – always present, but discreet. He gave us valuable tips for excursions, restaurants and the surroundings. Thanks to his recommendations, we were able to make beautiful day trips to Rimini, San Marino, Riccione and to quieter places. Thank you!

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally received, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

I had an amazing stay with Vincenzo. He and his wife were extremely good hosts and went above and beyond what anyone could expect. They were friendly, kind, and made me feel really right at home, not only in their apartment but also in the region generally. Their restaurant recommendations were also spot on.

We and my parents had a wonderful vacation in the accommodation "Menta" and "Basalico". The contact with Adriana was very straightforward and friendly. A perfect hostess :) The bungalows are super modern and equipped with everything you need. A highlight was of course the pool. The children loved it. In addition, there is a slightly larger pool in the complex, which can be used by all guests. In addition, the accommodation is perfect for trips to the beach, for example in Fano, which despite the Pentecost holidays was not heavily visited and the surrounding cities are suitable. Based on the tip in a previous review, we also visited the Ristorante "La Greppia". Super delicious and beautiful. One more note on the directions: It is basically very easy to reach with any car. Be careful only in the last meters of the drive, as there is the possibility of hitting something with lower cars. We really had a wonderful time!

Loved the place! It was super equipped, we have never experienced anything like it. We were greeted with a lush fruit basket, and everything else you could want was there. The location is great, the view of the Adriatic, a dream, the beds including the duvets appealed to us very much. All in all, we highly recommend this accommodation with a biological and mindful touch.

We spent 2 really wonderful nights in Claudia and Alessandro's luxury apartment in Riccione. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: modern, very clean and cared for in every detail. The location is convenient for reaching both the sea and the center, but at the same time quiet for a good night's rest. Claudia and Alessandro were exceptional hosts, helpful and attentive to every request. They gave us great advice on restaurants and beaches and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort, elegance and a warm welcome. We will definitely be back!

Never ceases to amaze the view from the highest point in Rimini is something on its own. As always great hosts! Recomennded 100%

We had a great time at Gabriel's. We did not meet Gabriel personally but he was always concerned about our satisfaction. His bikes were very useful. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the beach but a bit far from the train station and the historic center of Rimini (25-30 minute walk). The only downside is the presence of several dogs (locked in the courtyards) that bark at all times. Fortunately the night is quiet.

Robertos is a super warm host. His apartment is a nice place to vacation. You really only have a 3-minute walk to the sea. There are many beach bars there, we were there at the end of September and found 2 more open ones. Right next to the property there is a mini supermarket with the most necessary things. The only drawback to our stay was the mosquitoes, which were quite annoying especially in the morning and evening. But there was also anti mosquito spray in the yard for that. Right next to Roberto's house, where there are several apartments, there is a hostel (a hotel). We didn't hear about it or their guests. The location is very quiet and Roberto always helped us with everything (baby chair for our child, questions answered very quickly) - we enjoyed the time very much and will be happy to come back!

Mr. Raul and his wife Katia were very kind and friendly from the beginning, explaining everything to us and treating us well. The apartment was in perfect condition and perfectly reflected the photos.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for your vacation. Furthermore, it is right on the beach, there are good restaurants nearby and the owner has negotiated discounts for visitors with some restaurants. The communication was very quick. All in all a nice apartment and a very nice vacation.

We had a great time at this apartments. Everything is in good condition and look like on photos. The sea and free beaches are close to the apartments. We usually walked along the sea. Also we had a car, there are always free parking place near the apartments. We drove for other beaches as well. Also it is a small but good grocery in 10 minutes walk. So we're happy to stay here.

Very positive experience. The apartment exactly matches the photos. A little gem. Everything is very well cared for, from the furniture to the equipment to the terrace. Quiet area, very close to the sea. Pedestrian area not far away. Attilio is a helpful and very friendly person.

We felt very comfortable with Chiara. The apartment was clean and cute. Many small items such as toilet paper, salt, coffee or detergent were already available. Chiara always responded to messages quite promptly and was always courteous and friendly. In addition to answering questions, she also sent recommendations for activities in the area. The only thing we were missing in June was actually air conditioning, which 😅 we hadn't paid attention to before. Because it is only one room, it is difficult to create a draft. Otherwise, the area is quite quiet and you are 3 minutes' walk from the beach!

The location is enchanting: silence broken only by the sounds of nature, and a timeless atmosphere that invites slowness and serenity. Perfect for unwinding and regenerating. Highly recommended for those looking for authenticity, good food, and a warm welcome.

We loved our stay.

We stayed at Renata’s place for 4 nights while my wife was attending a conference in Rimini. Renata’s place is in a perfect location. Close to the main downtown area and only about a 15-20 minute walk to the beaches. It is a cozy comfortable space that we felt really comfortable in. Parking was super easy as well. We would highly recommend staying at Renata’s place.

A wonderful stay – thank you, Veronica! We were able to spend a few great days in Veronica's accommodation and are absolutely thrilled. She welcomed us warmly and sympathetically – you can immediately tell that she is involved with heart. The apartment was spacious, very clean, bright and lovingly furnished. It really had everything you need – you immediately feel at home. Veronica was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips that you can only get from locals. For us, it was a completely successful stay. Veronica is a great host and we highly recommend her and her place. We will be happy to come back!

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

we stayed here for a small relaxing vacation with our dog Kora, Francesco and Pamide were immediately very kind and friendly even with our dog!! Always ready to respond to our every need during our stay, also in giving us directions on places to visit and in providing us with directions to great bars and restaurants in the area. The house was clean, with a nice large terrace, and equipped with every comfort!Very close to the sea and all the facilities we needed! We practically never used the car! What to say... they made us feel at home!! Thank you!!!
