The terrace overlooking the sea🌊 is a small characteristic apartment that belonged to my great-great-grandfather, located in the picturesque harbor of Riomaggiore. Beach, downtown, restaurants, station and ferries are a short distance away. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 I hope it brings luck to couples as it did to my grandparents.🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

The Metato

Renovated ancient barn that is part of a 17th-century house, consisting of a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and mezzanine bedroom, with a parking space in a closed courtyard. The rooms are small but very cozy, can comfortably accommodate 2 people + possibly 1 person (double sofa bed). The property is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, 15 km from the Pietra di Bismantova, 2 km from the swimming pool and the castle of Carpineti, surrounded by numerous nature trails.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

Our tower is a unique place surrounded by the nature of the Modena Apennines. A building that has never been modified and inhabited since the fifteenth century. It is located on the site of an ancient Celtic village and at the foot of an ancient necropolis: The area, also inhabited by the Romans, is a place full of peace and spirituality. Perfect for meditating, walking and experiencing a unique experience, a small journey through time.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a green building house, built with natural materials (wood, straw and earth). Guests will have at their disposal an entire apartment with private bathroom, kitchen, large living area. The place is suitable for couples or small families looking for peace; highlighting the peculiarities of the Canosso area, with many castles and naturalistic areas to see.

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.
