In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. Located in the middle of the polder with unobstructed views, yet Middelburg and the beach are always close by. The boho-chic decor and characteristic atmosphere make this the perfect base for exploring beautiful Zeeland. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with modern luxury, while the authentic elements have been preserved. The house is directly adjacent to the large garden.

Water lily lodge is located in a wooded area near a beautiful pond in the garden (5600m2) of a residential villa. A romantic weekend getaway, relax and experience the silence on our floating terrace or relax in the Hot tub or Barrel sauna (use free) Luxurious decor with all comforts. The lodge is on the edge of a nature reserve with many hiking and biking routes. The historic cities of Bruges and Ghent and also the coast are nearby. Discover the beauty of our surroundings for yourself.

Complete studio in converted horse stable

Our B&B studio Sleepingarden is located in the rural outskirts of Vlissingen, in Ritthem. Part of the former horse stables has been converted into a complete studio. It is within walking distance of the Westerschelde where you can see the boats sailing from the garden. On the sea dike, you will find a beach for swimming. You can also hike in the nature reserve or see Fort Rammekens, which is also within walking distance. There is plenty of hiking and cycling. Bicycles are included.

Breakwater

Enjoy our luxury apartment in Vlissingen (Flushing). The apartment is clean, light and equipped with all modern amenities. With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

Suite Es Vedrà is a new, trendy guest house with its own entrance and features a kitchen, TV, fireplace, air conditioning and a spacious bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, bathroom furniture, bath and sauna. This Suite has a spacious roof terrace facing south. The atmospheric house by the sea is located in the heart of the city center and less than 400 meters from the beach. Vlissingen is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the Netherlands.

Welcome to Studio Over Water. This beautiful room is in a quiet place 900 meters from the center of Middelburg, just outside the canals. The room is on the ground floor. Also easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. You have access to a room with a sitting area, luxury double bed, kitchenette and a private bathroom with toilet. You overlook the garden, which you can also use. Parking is free. Bicycles or scooters can be stored indoors.

This new accommodation is tastefully decorated. Bicycle distance from both Vlissingen, beach and Middelburg. Close to NS station Oost Souburg in a quiet residential area studio suitable for 2 people. All comforts comforts with a cozy private garden. The sleeping area is upstairs, which can be reached via a fixed staircase, so it is unfortunately not suitable for the disabled. With private parking and electric charger for your car.

B&B Op de Vazze

Welcome to our Bed and Breakfast Op de Vazze! The B&B is located on the Graszode. A hamlet between Goes and Middelburg. At the end of this dead-end street, our B&B is in a quiet area between the farmlands. Breakfast with rolls, fruit, homemade jam and fresh eggs from our chickens is ready in the morning. In consultation, we serve a table d'hote 3-course dinner! In addition to our B&B, you can stay in 't Uusje Op de Vazze.
