A bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city, property is located in an area which is in continuous development. Loved the apartment and the amenities. A moderate walk to the market and most importantly parking being available at the property and it being guarded made us feel safe..

honestly it is my first experience with airbnb and trust me honestly the flat is so spacious, you will get all the necessary things in the flat, care taker and Anil ji was so copporetive and always give posetive response and most important bathroom was neat and clean, it is also safe for solo female travellers and easily 4 people can stay. I am so so happy and satisfied will must visit again.

This stay is a gem in the middle of Rishikesh. Downtown, clean, comfortable and cool. Also, despite being close to the busiest street, the building is positioned so that you don't hear that much noise. Anand and his family were truly kind and hospitable. We offered delicious food, tranquility and warmth. We felt like a tip to have such an equipped kitchen, infinite filtered water, washing machine and rooftop. I highly recommend this stay to anyone who enjoys the tranquility, natural light in the room, and a slightly more familiar atmosphere.

The place is as described, and Shubham provided things that we needed and arranged the internet. The rooms dont have AC, however, for us the days were not hot so it did not impact anything. And living rooms have AC. The water pressure is great!!

The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local tips and making check-in a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with everything I needed just a short walk/drive away. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Dehradun.

More than the place,it was the hospitality that stood out for me. Mahesh ji and family were very good hosts. The property is located in a nice,peaceful area with lot of surrounding greenery. I had a very good stay here.

Arun has excellent communication skills. Arun is very professional with his guests. He explained everything to me after I reached his location. Arun is a retired air force personnel(not sure about his post). We had a great conversation about his work. He is also an artist. He has made wonderful paintings. There was construction work going on which blocked the path to the homestay. Arun picked up my suitcase till the apartment. Arun was extremely helpful and courteous. He made sponge Dosas for me which was very tasty. The bedroom was spacious. The kitchen had all amenities. Arun had also kept eggs, butter etc. for the guests in the fridge. I also liked the terrace of the homestay. Lots of beautiful plants, and enough space to dry your washed clothes. Amazing view from terrace. All in all, it was a beautiful experience. I wish to stay here longer when I come next time.

it was great stay for my family. it is safe place to be with nice views of mountains from all rooms especially with balconies. the kitchen was equipped with required utensils and clean washrooms were equipped with towels and hand soap. all in all, a very nice feel at home in the property. also shivam ji, was very polite and professional.

The place is exactly how it is described in listed pictures. Neeraj was very friendly and did his level best in making our stay comfortable. The apartment itself has all amenities and quite spacious. The parking in the basement was a great blessing for us.
